Amazing Customer Service

Great visit to the new Derby Fat Face Store. Staff were so helpful and polite on entering the store. It was set out great for browsing. I was looking for the Ely Ponte trouser to try on and was helped by the lovely Trudy who explained the different leg styles to me. I really appreciated her help. A great purchase, super quality and fairly priced. Such wonderful customer service, all with a cheery smile. What a lovely shopping experience. I will be back!
