Something has gone wrong with FatFace sizing and customer service. For many years I have been able to buy in store or order on line 2XL clothing and it always fit. Now the shirts are too tight and, measuring them against my older FF shirts, it’s the shirts that have been cut much shorter/ narrower across the back. At the same time, and having ordered 2 shirts now at 3XL, I ordered a jacket in the same size. Now, the shirts fit fine, but the jacket is like a tent. I’ve wasted hours returning shirts and jackets and none of this made easier by your website store opening times not corresponding to the reality. I ended up standing outside your store for half an hour on Saturday morning as the website says it opens at 9.00, but the notice in the window says 9.30. Not good. Not good at all.

My order was received promptly and complete.. I was disappointed with one item which was meant for my five year old granddaughter size 5-6 a.nd was a little on the small side. Having said that, I have returned it and the postage was free which was a pleasant surprise.
