Belt issue
At Fatface today, the store colleague helped with advice and to help with an major issue. I had forgot my belt at home, and was flying to Athens!
It was the only store in the airport, that sold belts. It was last ditch effort to get before my flight. But Ross helped me quite a lot with suggestions. And finally got something and made my way.

Asked for a receipt in store- told I…
Asked for a receipt in store- told I would be emailed it. Then after transaction made was told I could have been entitled to a discount if I had used a card but it was now too late to apply this. No receipt provided and pointless conversations with customer service asking me to provide proof of purchase to be issued a receipt…They told me they couldn’t help further. Eventually I magically got a receipt (that they said they couldn’t provide) one week later after requesting my sales history under a freedom of information request and pointing out the legal requirement to provide a receipt- they absolutely do not care about their customer service. Absolute joke for a corporation of this size.

Service and collection
The service provided to me was great. I felt welcomed and the advice and suggestions from the crew were genuine and I did not feel like they just wanted to get money out of me. The whole collection in the store is great as well.
