Ordered online for delivery to a local store.
Ordered a Brooke zip-hoodie online for delivery to a local Fatface store as there's no next-working-day delivery option (I have to plan my deliveries around work). The process was easy and the girls in-store were friendly and efficient - you can't ask for more! :-)

I had my order delivered to the store
I had my order delivered to the store so I could try the items on. If they were not ok I could easily return them.
It was quick service in the shop and I had no returns.

Jeans were just what I wanted
Jeans were just what I wanted - longer leg and boot cut. Fabric was soft with a little stretch so jeans were comfy. Order arrived in store quickly and staff in store were pleasant when I went in to collect
