Very helpful staff (asked names as so helpful, Michaela and Jess), initially in getting the boots that I wanted but further suggesting that there was a half size in that boot (once they realised my wife seemed to find 7 too big and 6 too small), fitted absolutely perfectly, above and beyond!

I visited the shop in Ipswich having seen the sale sign.
I visited the shop in Ipswich having seen the sale sign on the door. Ended up spending loads, as the quality was so lovely and prices good with the reductions.
The staff are very friendly. The manager was professional but also fun and cheeky, encouraging me to treat myself. I love my bargains!

What lovely staff, Bridget and Jess were so helpful in trying to replace a broken belt. Unfortunately they did not have a large in stock. But great customer service and friendly people. Amazing thank you 😊
