Terrible delivery by Evri
Terrible delivery by Evri - parcels dropped behind our gate down the drive - which is away from the house - one of the parcels is fragile - would never had known unless I read my emails - they would have been out all night !
My wife also ordered from Fatface a dress which never came - despite emails saying it had been delivered -

The store helped my track down a pair of trousers, had to order online.
On picking up my parcel the manager remembered me and our previous conversation regards trying to find clothes that id be comfortable in at work. We had a great conversation about the trials of getting older. We went around the store looking for solutions for work wear.
Today i wore my new trousers, then realised i was also wearing an old fatface denim jacket ( a little snug now) and using my all time best buy from fatface…a large brown leather shopper bag that i got many years ago from kelso. Thank you for creating quality leather products.
I also have an old pair of sandals which need resoling as the leather is too good to throw them out.
I will continue to shop at kelso, not just as its my local store…the whole team as great. Thank you

FatFace promotions have real winners.
