Fantastic staff
I did an online order for 29 items, I did not get a confirmation email. When said items arrived, the paper receipt only listed 12!
On returning some items, the staff member in the shop had to spend time looking for my official receipt/order. It took him over half an hour. Throughout he was polite, kept me updated, managed to quickly and efficiently serve others..as he was the only staff member in store today.
I was v impressed. His name is david camilleri..at the lytham, lance store.
Please thank him again on my behalf.

Whenever I'm shopping in Lytham Lancs I…
Whenever I'm shopping in Lytham Lancs I always call in their store ,this is where I saw the trousers in a differant colour.I also wanted a white cap sleeved t shirt ,the assistant was so kind and helpul and advised me to order on line as none were available in the warehouse,which I did .
The fit and quality of both items are true to size and definitely value for money Once again a massive thank you.

Easy Exchange
I ordered a blouse online but it wasn't suitable for me. I took it back to the shop in Lytham where I exchanged it for another top. The staff were very pleasant & helpful. I will definitely shop there again.

Nice atmosphere
Nice shop, well laid out.
Jean was so helpful and patient whilst we made our choices and paid.
We'll be back again.
Nice warm shop on a cold and wet Saturday.
Jean was very welcoming and knowledgeable, but not in our faces.

Love fatface clothing
Love fatface clothing, very good quality and always lasts. Now also great new baby range, but a little pricey as babies grow out of clothes so fast, so don’t last as long.

Really pretty 'Jessica' popover
Really pretty 'Jessica' popover. Will be lovely to wear in the summer. Pintucks, embroidery and shaped hemline really make this top stand out. Quite roomy size wise, a size 16 is still roomy on a size 36D bust and length of the top is down to pocket level on jeans
