Unfortunately I had to return dress bought on line as too short but staff in store were absolutely brilliant. Searched in store and on line to find replacement. Really helpful, friendly and polite.

I visited Fat Face in Manchester city centre the other day like I often do. I always find the staff to be friendly and helpful and I have a good experience when I’m there. However not the other day, when I overheard (who I can only assume is the manager) talking down to her employees. She was rude and condescending, and as someone who has worked in retail before, I really felt for them. I've been in numerous times throughout the past year and something just felt off. I am surprised I thought fat face would treat their staff with more respect!

FatFace was always one of those stores that, in the past, I walked by thinking 'I must go in there one day'. It was always 'one day', and never 'today' or even 'now'. That is one of the few regrets in my life.
A tragedy in my personal life led me to re-evaluate a lot of things, including my dull and drab wardrobe. I needed to stop existing and start living, and that meant introducing colour to my clothes.
Shaking all over from some really bad anxiety symptoms (it looked like I was standing on one of those vibrating exercise plates at a gym), I found myself opening the door because 'one day' had changed to 'now'.
The staff in Fatface Manchester will never know the true value of the help they gave me that day. Looking at me, I am a greying, balding 50 year old man who you would expect to shop the polyester mens' range at BHS (if it still existed). But the staff in the Manchester shop (and also subsequently im the Preston shop) were so friendly, helped me when needed, and treated me as an individual. This included the staff member who helped carry my bag down the stairs so that, given my shaking, I could hold the hand rail and take my time so that I wouldn't fall. The staff don't know it but, and I am not exaggerating, they saved my life that day.
To the staff in the shops (particularly Manchester and Preston), and to the staff working in the online shop and distribution centres, I say a huge and very heartfelt personal thankyou. I am able to write this review because of you. Thank you.
And for the managers and board of FatFace, the clothes you make and sell are, in my opinion and without exception, excellent quality, hard wearing and inspirational. I can't help it, but the Airlie has so captured my imagination and newly found spirit to live that, in the space of less than a year I have bought around 15 of them all in different colours. Equally your polo's, Henley, t-shirts and Chinos have all been introduced to my wardrobe in significant numbers. Some would possibly say I am obsessed but, if I am, then so long as I have the means to continue to shop at FatFace, it is an obsession that I am more than happy to live with.
Keep up your fantastic work FatFace! You, your staff and the clothes you sell have changed 'one day' to 'today, tomorrow and forever' for me. I may be a nobody, but I am a nobody that is here today because of FatFace. Thank you.

I ordered a mens jumper for a Christmas present in store, as they hadn’t the size I wanted. This was early November.
It supposedly got delivered to a totally wrong address, different to the one I gave them and on the receipt.
I went into the store in my lunch hour, after the manager ringing, they sorted out another to be sent. Went back into the shop Tuesday as I hadn’t heard anything, then literally received an email then saying it was being sent and I would receive an email within 48 hours to update me on my delivery! It is now Saturday evening, well over 48 hours with no further communication ann no d no delivery.
I really haven’t time to go in to the shop yet again to sort this matter out.
I paid £56 for something I haven’t received and have had to keep chasing after a wrong delivery.
I sincerely hope the jumper arrives soon as it’s a present I thought I had ticked off!
I will think twice before ordering anything again.
