Welcoming environment and great customer service!
This was my first visit to Newburyport. I wandered into this store and was welcomed with the most cheerful greeting and very attentive customer service. I had to return the next day to exchange my purchase for another size and had an equally positive and hassle-free experience. The different sales staff I encountered over the two visits (Olivia helped me today) were consistently great. I'm also enjoying my purchase!
