Great service and lovely shop/staff
The store always looks welcoming and easy to find and see garments. Very friendly staff. I bought 2 dresses recently but had to return one, which my husband did for me, whilst collecting something I'd ordered for him to go to the store. All easy and no fuss.

A pleasure to shop here
One of the few decent high street shops left in my opinion. Stock always up to date, staff helpful and friendly. Store is well laid out, tidy and clean.

Had to travel from Waterlooville to…
Had to travel from Waterlooville to Petersfield to pick up a parcel as that is the nearest store to my home. (Gunwharf being an outlet). Ordered two sizes as was unsure but the assistant in the store was very efficient being quick to serve me & refunded me straight away for the item not required. I purchased a lovely blouse of good quality & detail. Good buy as it was reduced to half price & also had 15% off. Worth the journey.
