We visited FatFace in Drake Circus Plymouth today and received exceptional service and assistance. All staff we came into contact with were very helpful, but one member of staff,Chris, was especially helpful and even though it took time to sort our issue he was happy to help.

Delivery very quick and efficient. Told every step of the way what is happening and when delivery will be. Precise and exact.

Absolutely Love, fat face clothing, undergarments everything about it, but they’re very hard to get hold of for the size generally but love it

Nearly always pleased with service and goods from them.

I love the clothes but find sizing to be inconsistant. Some skirts are long enough, but others in same size are too short. Sleeves are often too short, seem like a Petite length. So it is hit or miss. Store close to me just closed which is a dissapointment as tyring them on is important. Very cute styles that last. The Plymouth, MA store was great. Sad to see it go.

The customer service in the shop is great and when using the website it is easy to use and you are kept up to date with the delivery of the order

Great service from Fat Face, arrived quickly and easy returns process at local store. Only gripe is why the stores don't stock larger mens sizes, would save having to order online and return unwanted goods. However really pleased FF now doing larger sizes online.

Great in-store help and support finding an item we wanted online which we subsequently purchased

I went to the Plymouth store yesterday to use an e gift card which I had been sent from Australia. At the till there was a problem with the gift card not being accepted and the instruction on screen told me to contact customer services.
The assistant, Claire, who has worked at the store for some time and has always been very helpful, immediately offered to contact customer services for me.( I am mentioning her by name as she really deserves credit.)They responded fairly quickly, Claire explained the issue and it was resolved in no time so I was able to proceed with my purchase. I was very grateful as, had I had to contact customer services myself, I am sure that I would have taken longer to go through the process as I am 73 years old and not quick with technology!
Both Fat Face customer services and Claire have earned a round of applause. It is the best customer services that I have ever dealt with and Claire is definitely a 5 star sales assistant. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

My new favorite store! My 1st visit to a FatFace was back in the fall. I bought a beautiful mustard cardigan sweater. Love it! Most recently stopped at same store in Newport, RI and bought a 50% off small mens beautiful flannel shirt that is perfect for cool New England days or evenings. Looks great with jeans and leggings. FYI I am 140lb female and this fits me great with sleeves rolled up. It’s peach/ blue plaid. I have it on as we speak, sitting beach side with a bit of a breeze and it’s perfect. Same day, I bought my hubby one but it didn’t fit him. We went to a new local FatFace in Plymouth MA to exchange it. The ladies were so helpful. We exchanged it and he also saw a shirt he wanted but didn’t have it in his size. The ladies ordered it online for him and had it shipped to the house. So helpful! We will be shopping FatFace frequently as the styles and quality are awesome!

Quick delivery, fantastic product, my grandson was very pleased with his shirt from your company, a gift from a pair of pensioners so delighted to have got it right. Quality good too 👍

I have shopped in this store several times. The sales people are always helpful. On this occasion I had returned to purchase a gift for my grandson. Unfortunately the sweatshirt I had seen previously was not available in his size in the store. The salesperson was most helpful in ordering it online for me and having it sent to my grandson.
