We have visited the store in Ripon before and advised us if we can't find what we want in store to order on line which we have done a couple of times and delivered to store. It works really well and the staff are really helpful

The admin process was simple and I was kept updated about my order. Unfortunately the service was let down by the member of staff who retrieved my parcel in the Ripon store. She was far too familiar (she has only recently started working in the store I think). Her comments were unprofessional and unnecessary. Shame as I have always found the other staff very helpful. She would benefit from some training in customer service.
