Good service from Fat Face
I ordered an item on line as it wasn't available in store. It came promptly to the nearest store for collection. Although the item was too big, the refund and return through store was easy and the staff very helpful and courteous.

Reliable and consistent
I have been a customer for many years, and the product quality and customer service have been pretty consistently good. From the wide range of styles to still offering a proper long length in women's trousers, and efficient processing of orders and returns, they've been worth coming back to. The local branch is a small one but they are usually helpful and friendly

Great service
In store service at Shrewsbury store was very helpful, didn't have my size and I wanted item quickly. I ordered on Friday at 3:00pm, express delivery and was delivered next day, Saturday. Always good quality clothes.

Over charged…
While the items are lovely and the shop assistants were really pleasant. They did manage to over charge us. We asked and were told a Blue Light discount would be 10%. The card was shown and seen but only when we got home and saw the receipt was the failure of the discount noted. That was £9 more than we should have paid. Not chuffed!

Went looking for men’s trousers in short length as I’ve been able to purchase this size before, none in stock advised by assistant that they no longer stock short length trousers, you can only get them online.

Quality staff of Shrewsbury store
I visit the Shrewsbury store almost on a weekly basis. Kieran, Emma and Lucy always make the visit special. Always extremely helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble for them, and you always get an honest opinion from them.
