Fatface Sidmouth
Yesterday I visited Fatface in Sidmouth town centre. I was assisted by Helen who could not have been more helpful. We chatted happily about things in general and she showed a real interest in me as a customer. I impulse bought a lovely green sweatshirt for myself and couldn’t resist a shirt for my husband. Customer Service at its best...
Looked through door and saw lovely coloured TShirt - went in to try it on and welcomed by Jennie who also helped me find the right size, showed me how to wear the top to advantage and made the whole experience a total delight. Mixed feelings with Sidmouth fatface
After visiting Sidmouth FatFace for the first time I was really pleased with how open and clean the shop appeared and the lay out everything was so easy to shop. The girl who served me was called Beth very nice and chatty made me feel so welcome and she was so helpful ordering me a dress that wasn’t in stock in my size, however in the men’s section of the shop was an older colleague with white hair who was extremely unhelpful and rude when I asked her a question about sizing of men’s jeans for my husband. She walked off to another member and staff to ask them and turned back and shouted the reply, I was shocked that she didn’t even take the time to walk back over and speak in a manner you would expect for good customer service.
Thank you Beth, I will be back when I next visit Devon. :) Fat Face Sidmouth for reference I don’t think it would be a bad idea if all team members where to have the same level of customer service training.
