Although the parcel was delayed, the customer service at Skipton store was fantastic.

Visited Skipton FatFace store. Had an issue with a egift card that when scanned said it was not valid. Gemma and Charlie came to the rescue and resolved the issue. Great customer service, one happy customer 10 out of 10 thankyou ladies.

I'm still waiting for my delivery to arrive in store 😕 It's 2 weeks now since ordering, so I'm a bit fed up. This is the second time deliveries have been delayed, so I won't be using online ordering again I'm afraid. Not sure how Next can do next day delivery yet Fat Face seen satisfied with next month.

Good choice of jumpers, great quality very warm and snuggly. Lovely shop assistant so friendly.

Follow through on time with the delivery, or at least keep customers informed!

Excellent friendly service in store. Allowing quick easy exchange of an item ordered online. Explained everything and made sure to carry the discount from my original order over to the replacement. Checked stock in store before ordering exchanged item. Offered a range of store delivery options making clear advantages of each. All done with a relaxed and friendly attitude.

Ordered goods to arrive at Skipton store. Good comms, arrived as planned. Had ordered 2 pairs of dungarees for size. Shop assistant absolutely fine about me trying them on there and then, and returning the pair I didn't need.

I bought some ankle boots from Fatface a week ago. They are dark brown. Absolutely love them. So soft and very stylish. I was a little concerned about the size, because the wide fit in a size 7 was not available. However the standard fit is fine. Very comfortable. Bought in a sale. A good price.

Easy payment and pick up. Beautiful item as always and half price in the sale!

Gold star service from the staff at Skipton Fat Face last week:
I had seen a bag online that I was thinking of buying for my husband, but no dimensions were shown. So I called into the store. They found which stores stocked the bag and asked them to measure it and wrote down the dimensions. Also ordered it in store for me to collect.
So helpful-
And my husband loves the bag.

I went looking for a pair of chinos at FatFace (Skipton). I was able to find the right style, waist and colour in seconds. Needing a slightly shorter length, I looked round and, straightaway, Sue was there to check stock and online. In the end, I decided to buy now and adjust. Morgan handled the sale with panache. Basically, these chinos are a great product, and the crew at FatFace Skipton are a delight to shop from!

Lovely top but had to send it back as it wasnt suitable. The returns process has been easy and painless. Thanks.

Service from Morgan at Fatface, Skipton was excellent. He didn’t pounce but waited politely until I looked like I needed help. After that I had a first class service and highly recommend this store.
