Disappointing change in design
I ordered the leather Ava back pack in navy because I had purchased it in tan a short time ago. I loved the bag, soft leather, roomy and with comfortable shoulder straps.
Sadly Fat Face have changed the shoulder straps!!!??? Rather than have two separate straps there is now just one long strap going through a central loop. This makes it very difficult to get the bag onto the shoulders. As soon as you get one arm in, then the strap moves to that side and you can't get the other arm in... it is so so silly to change the design in this way. If I'd purchased this one initially I'd never have ordered it again. Very disappointing...

Great quality and design product, also for my size12, height 4'11", my body fits well in most dresses
I found a ffew nice dresses with too deep neck, or limited flexibility around the waist / in the back as well- which could be impeoved from design/fitting perspective keeping all body shapes in mind - if found otherwise, it is a bit dissapointing.
From online purchase perspective, I found no click & collect option in the website. I live in Southampton, and had to pay for home deliver option to buy one specific size that was not in the retail store but available online, it would be great if oprtions for collection were flexible as well.
