Lovely cosy store
I went into Fatface as I had seen a top online that I wanted. Unfortunately the store didn't have one in stock but the staff member was really helpful and ordered it for me. I love this cosy store, the staff are always so smiley, welcoming and helpful. Thank you 😊

Cold outside but warm inside
Really cold visit to Cornwall this week but it was helped as a visit to St Ives where I was served by Ariana who helped me chose some pieces of clothing to try and and although I didn’t buy them today because of me leaving my phone in my accommodation. I am visiting the store again soon as popping down to St Ives to visit again and will definitely be purchasing the items. It was really appreciated to be dealt with by someone who genuinely just wanted to help and not push the sale and to make me feel and look good in the clothes I tried on. I will be back in tomorrow thank you !

Dog and owner happy
Went into the store today to look for dresses but ended up buying a hoodie and tee shirt. Louise who served me also helped me by holding my dog while I tried things on and giving my dog treats. It was a very relaxed and warm& friendly feel to store. Will probably be back soon and so will be dog (woof woof) !

The birthday present did not arrive in…
The birthday present did not arrive in time. I ordered on line and received an email stating that it was in store but it wasn’t. It was not the fault of the store but the handler Next retailer.

Shops are for older people
The clothes where for old people don’t bother looking in the rest of it and not a good size range either was really annoying I couldn’t find anything for my age rage 20s the shops in St Ives have lost out on money

Ordering online was very easy. Had my item delivered to store (St Ives Cornwall) Unfortunately my item didn't suit so returned to same store where refund was no problem at all. Very helpful and friendly member of staff sorted it all out. Thank you

Fatface St Ives
Whilst in st ives I popped into fatface as I saw something in the window I really liked.
Staff were really friendly and the guy that served me was very helpful and friendly and talked me into adding accessories to my outfit!

I have to say I shop in the St Ives store quite regularly, all the staff are fantastic and super friendly. Jonathan and Louise are a particular credit to your store.
always very friendly and chatty, much welcomed advice and help with sizes etc and any help needed.

Another great FatFace order
My collect in-store order was processed very quickly. Communication was great and it arrived in store in time for the beginning of my UK break.
On collection, the member of staff was very helpful, putting my order into a more sturdy bag for ease of carrying.

It’s a really lovely swim suit but too…
It’s a really lovely swim suit but too small (size 10 which has always fitted before) with little support despite being advertised with tummy control. Had to call into my local store after a week as no email sent. The staff were lovely and very apologetic as they hadn’t got it as an in-store collection so no way to contact me. Unfortunately I’ll need to return it.
