The clothes are always nice in Fat Face and the staff are even nicer. Christie in St Mawes Fat Face was really helpful and made choosing a new shirt easy. I’ve never been great at shopping for myself but will happily go back there again. Thanks Christie and thank you Fat Face.

Worth it!
Having come from overseas to visit the UK, FatFace St. Mawes, with it's excellently friendly and helpful staff, have been the first clothing shop to convince me to buy in a currency far stronger than my own!
I didn't break the travel budget thanks to their incredible deals, and Toni and Anne at checkout were so kind and jovial. Thank you for putting the joy into shopping!

Friendly and helpful staff
Thank you Toni and Annie for your help today. I've been looking for a brown leather belt for a while now and couldn't find exactly what I wanted in the store. Thankfully they recommended one that had just arrived with new stock and went to find it in a store room for me. It's perfect and I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Fat Face St Mawes branch is a credit to your company. The team are courteous, helpful, and always take the time to speak to their customers.
The team go above and beyond to help their customers eg items not in stock, they will make every effort to find the size the customer is seeking.
The atmosphere is conducive to customers feeling comfortable and enjoying their shopping experience. Today we had a new team member, Susie, form Newquay. It was the first time Susie worked at Fat Face St Mawes.
Despite being very busy, Susie took great time and trouble to help me with my purchases.
Susie was professional and friendly supporting all the customers with care and attention, and a friendly word.
Well done Susie.
I wish Nigel well with his surgery, he is very much missed.

Have to say was in two minds as to whether to buy or not but in the end as I have previously only experienced good customer service in your shops got them anyway .
