Returns
I had to return the Raleigh T Shirt size 12 as it was too small under the arms.
The first member of staff didn't know how to help as she hadn't been trained in refunds, so immediately asked another member of staff for help. He then took over and tried without success to help. A 3rd member of staff was asked to assist who again could work the system to sort out a return. Finally a manager was called to help who was able to quickly deal with my needs whilst several members of staff stood 'watching'. Hopefully they learned how the returns process works as they hadn't received that part of their training. All fine though and I'm grateful for this outlet as otherwise it would have meant a car journey or visit to the Post Office. Funds were back in my bank account the next day.
