Needing some kit for pilates, I wandered into the Tenterden store and was immediately made to feel welcome. An assistant advised me on the size I needed and gave me the details I needed to buy it online because it was not available in the store, which I did and I’m delighted. I was very impressed by I the help he gave me despite the fact that he did not himself get any credit for effecting the sale. The product is beautifully made and stlish.
