Sizing erratic
Tried jeans on in Truro store for size, ordered on line in the sale - couldn’t even do them up! NOT consistent sizing!

Bought a gilet for my husband
Bought a gilet for my husband. He’s very pleased with it. Will keep him warm and it looks great. Ordered it online and collected it from my local branch in Truro. Staff were very attentive and found my order quickly. Happy customer.

Delivered to wrong place
Ordered product 11 days ago to be delivered to my local shop. Called in my shop today to find it has been sent to the wrong shop. This now means that I won’t be able to give it now as a Christmas present.
This is not the fault of the shop but the distribution centre. The shop assistants were extremely helpful and explained the situation to me.

Fantastic quality coat
Fantastic quality coat, so warm and cosy and fully waterproof. Got it in the sale so was a bargain, but knowing how good it is now it would pay full price again. Delivery to store was great as well - free and efficient.

Convenient and hassle free shoppping
I made a click and collect order and a home delivery order recently. Both orders arrived promptly. The home delivered item was perfect, a great fit and I'm delighted to say I wore it that same day. The click and collect order I collected from store, I had to wait a couple of minutes , that was all and the coat I'd ordered for my daughter turned out to be the best coat we've bought in a few years and at a cheaper price than anywhere else , and , more importantly, she loved it and wore it round the house all evening! Can't fault our experience.
