Fathom has made it so much more convenient when conducting interviews, I am able to fully pay attention while fathom conducts the notes to send to my team.

Fathom’s ability to capture the most important points and conversation topics during the meeting is incredible, rewording the conversation in a way that summarises the context and what we’re trying to land is amazing.

I highly recommend anyone using fathom that has a requirement to take notes during a meeting or just wants to capture all the important points from all of their meetings, or just wants to use a really cool bit of tech!

Fathom takes much better notes than the other software I've encountered. It filters out unnecessary comments and information to give a concise recap of all meetings. This tool saves me hours per week in sending out recaps for my meetings.

The quality of the meeting summaries is outstanding! And I love that it shows talk time percentages and number of "monologues" during the meeting (e.g., who's speaking more), bringing self-awareness and enhanced meeting quality.

I love that it captures all things in a meeting, I love how easy it is to use, I love all the integrations in the app, such as the AI, which makes everything easier. I love how I can easily find my previous recordings. I use it for all my meetings.

I have weekly meetings with my client to review projects and action items. Fathom has made those meetings more efficient and reliable. I appreciate how easy it is to use and how quickly I was able to get started.

The meeting summaries, transcriptions, and action tracking are incredibly helpful. I no longer worry about missing important details. I can stay focused in the moment, knowing everything is being captured.

This software has become indispensable for me. It solves multiple challenges and saves so much time and energy. Fathom summarizes my meetings with clear take-aways, tasks assigned to the correct speaker/participant, and accurately assesses talk time. With those tools I am able to quickly update all participants, log the purposes of meetings and the agreements that resulted and share task assignments. I can easily track the who, what, when, how and why of each meeting and keep a log of when critical challenges have been addressed. With the video links included in the notes, I can easily jump to the relevant areas in my recording to review.

Finally, customer service has been proactive in helping me get the most out of the software.

Fathom has saved me hours at this point. The transcripts are such a great feature. I can also ask it questions when I don’t remember certain parts of the meeting. It organizes answers for reports and generates them in a nice format.

Love that the app is so precise with its note taking function.

It is very Easy to set up and add to already scheduled meetings. it provides value as I can focus in the meeting instead of taking notes.

Fathom is a fantastic product. Very easy and simple to set up and start using. It has made our meetings so much more productive not having to take notes. The notetaker creates a recording of the meeting but even better provides transcripts of the meeting within 10 seconds of the meeting closing. Better still it will summarise the meeting according to the type of meeting recorded. A great product

The best thing about Fathom is how accurately it captures every word and turns the call into clean, structured notes so no more scrambling to take minutes while trying to stay engaged. It pulls out key points and action items automatically, so I leave each meeting with polished MOM in seconds and get that time back for real work. Precise, fast, and wildly useful.

Highlights provide helpful quick snippets of a specific part of the recording. For example, I can send leadership a customer's sentiment statement by itself (or highlight it in the recording) rather than pointing them to review the entirety of the call.

I have to reset permissions for Fathom to join Zoom calls that I'm not the organizer of - or request they let in the notetaker. I wish there was an indicator on upcoming meetings that would notify me of the potential joining error before the meeting starts.

It is a very amazing app. i usually use it for note taking.

The best part is it's automatic scheduling from calendar and the quality of recording and note making.

It's constantly up on my laptop and notifies me about my meetings and help me join without opening my calendar and makes notes. Completed automated.
