Fathom has been a huge time-saver in my day-to-day workflow. The automatic transcripts, AI summaries, and action item extraction are consistently accurate and make it easy to capture decisions and next steps without manual note-taking. I also love how simple it is to search past meetings and share concise recaps or highlight clips with stakeholders who couldn’t attend. Overall, it keeps meetings organized, improves follow-through, and helps my team move from conversation to execution much faster.

Fathom is incredibly easy to use and integrates seamlessly with Zoom and Google Meet. The automatic meeting summaries are accurate, well-organized, and save me a huge amount of time—no more scrambling to take notes or rewatch recordings. I especially love how it highlights action items and key discussion points, which makes follow-ups much more efficient.

The summaries are 90% of the time accurate and it saves the trouble of recording, making notes during the meeting and then summarizing everything.

I have been using Fathom and it saves so much time, instead of taking notes during a meeting then spending time re-writing them for different stakeholder interest it does it all for me. It is easy to embed into calls and provides a high level of accuracy in different languages as well.

Responsive. Excellent and immediate access to the recording and transcript. I love how I can delete superfluous lines, keeping only the important ones. Those take me straight to that same video segment, without me scrolling through the video to find what I want

The summary and key points feature makes life easier and stress free coming out of a meeting you can focus on executing instead of taking notes.
The notetaker does all the work and you can even ask questions on how to go about your tasks list during the meeting.

Fathom is very easy to use and provides excellent and useful support in online meetings. It's transcription of online discussions and meetings highlights the key talking points, as well as actions. It helps me to concentrate on the discussion without having to stop to take notes.

I love how easily it integrates automations with Calendar functions, joining meetings set up in my Calendar even when I'm not joining. The versatility of options that you have for going back to what was said in a meeting, from watching the recording, going to the transcript, or the AI Summary (which is extraordinarily accurate). The AI integration for asking questions and keeping track of next steps is above average. Finally, navigating through the tool is very intuitive, making it impressively easy to use. For anyone in any line of service who needs to record and share meeting recordings, and perhaps use the different registers of the meeting to be analyzed with other AI tools, Fathom is the tool to go to, which is why, after trying and researching different tools, we went for Fathom, and it is part of our everyday use.

Since using Fathom, I no longer need to take paper notes. It picks up and separates into categories everything I need to be successful after the call. The tool also integrates with Hubspot and puts in tasks for me to complete post call. Very helpful.

Besides the convience of having your notes taken for you/ shared with the group, I truly appreciate the ability to join the scheduled call from my desktop with the Fathom pop-up. Final thing is the talk time percentage reminder is great for controlling your potential to unintentionally dominate a conversation.

What do you dislike about Fathom?
No real downside apart from the subscription. I wish companies would just allow you to do a lifetime cash purchase of their software. Not the world that we live in.

What problems is Fathom solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing key points in a meeting is vital and to know that it's simply happening without you thinking of it is great.
