Terrible customer service

The bracelets are great. However I have tried emailing them three times, contacting them on Facebook Messenger once and through their own website to arrange a return for an unwanted item twice and have so far had no reply whatsoever. I am now out of the 14 day period to arrange a return so not sure if they'll honour a refund even if they do get in touch with me. Terrible customer service.

Scam - DO NOT BUY PRODUCT!

25/12/2024 – Absolutely do not buy from this company. Ordered a bracelet in November and no delivery. Fathom do not answer emails, Instagram messages or messages posted via their website, they will take your money (and bank details) and never send you the product. This is a scam and they should not be allowed to trade.

Beautiful bracelet but very poor customs relations.

The product is really nice and good quality. It comes nicely packed and with two extra studs.
However, it does take a long time to arrive, perhaps because of the post system in the country of origin, I am not sure but when you contact customer service be more prepared to deal with a Soviet style answer than one you'd generally get in the West.
For example, I was told to wait 40 days (!!) before they would do anything. Maybe they have their reasons to do so, but as style in business matters, perhaps a more gentle approach on behalf of their custom relations would benefit them (and us the buyers).

Good quality

I was anxious about ordering after seeing the negative reviews but decided to risk it as a friend had previously ordered. Order arrived in 10 days, packaged nicely and good quality. Shipping is not the quickest but would order again.

Placed order 3 weeks ago

Placed order 3 weeks ago, was meant to be a present for my partner. Chased up order when more than 10 days has passed. No one tried to do anything to help; they just thanked me for my patience. Told them that when I tracked the item it still said it hadn’t left the country of origin to which, again, they did nothing. Nothing has changed, purchased really expensive bracelet, never seen the item and won’t get my money back.

Good Product awful customer service

I have a couple of fathom items, and generally happy with the product. However, I lost the studs on one of the bracelets. I asked to BUY a couple of replacement studs (as it's outside the 6 month warranty) they have refused.

Really unhelpful customer service, I won't be bothering with them anymore and I suggest others avoid.

I should have been more careful to read…

I should have been more careful to read the real reviews, that’s are separate from those you see on their website. Ordered bracelet quite a while ago, keep saying “it’s on its way”, but nothing. They also added eon two extra charges I knew nothing about.
Contacted customer service, and.....NOTHING. I am not sure anyone live is even there..BUYER BEWARE!

Terrible customer service

I've been emailing back and forth with customer service because the product that I purchased was missing a part. Every answer was incredible. After many "ping-pong" exchanges making tgem understand that it was their fault, they gave me a 15% discount code for another purchase!!!! I just wanted a simple cord that was missing in tbe box (maybe worth 0,5€to them but hard to find for a customer). Actually this discount code was already published on their website. So they didn't give me anything. Their products are not as nice as they seem on pictures and the service is terrible. So my recommendation is to find one of many other bracelets suppliers to find your desired bracelet and do justice to theur poor service.

Terrible quality and ghost customer service

Ordered in Nov-19 a black bracelet. The paint started coming off in May-20. 2 emails to customer service were left unanswered. Anothet attempt via messenger met the same fate. Comments were removed from their fb page and I got blocked. Don't do business with these clowns. They won't last anyways much longer.
Update 28-Nov-2020: customer service claim their warranty is 6 months! As if they're selling frozen chicken. Shady business with no address, phone number, and non-existant customer service, but most of all low quality finished products.

Scam! They stole my money!

I have placed an order in April and neither received products nor money.
Supposedly they lost my shipment and sent another one. I requested my money back and on multiple occasions contacted them on instagram and email. The removed me from instagram so I am not able to ensure other people stay away from this fraud!
Be careful, it is scam!

Perplexing public relations

Perplexing public relations

I received an email sent to my photographer account, saying

"I'm reaching out today on behalf of our brand... as we're looking for contact creators with an active community, like your own, to join our Ambassador program..."

I ignore most such approaches but I liked the apparent emphasis on handcrafting and felt the bracelets would be something I could occasionally feature and promote on shoots, so I accepted the invitation.

I signed up and entered necessary personal info including bank details (for referral payment).

A few days went by and the account had still not been activated so I made contact with them, to be told

"Your application was disapproved by our verification team..."

What?
You invite... Then reject...

Just seems a crazy way of building trust in a brand...

If there was a No star rating then…

If there was a No star rating then Fathom Bracelets would have got one as Meha who works in customer service has just informed me by email that they only expect the rose gold plating to last for 6 months and after that they do not care about you as they now have your money - do not buy from them as they have no regard for customer service and their products which are supposedly rose gold plated are in fact NOT - it is not true, I have had a Goldsmith look at their Rose gold plated stainless steel thimble and he is prepared to state in writing that they are deceiving people with that description.
