it would be better if I could upload documents to the design brief page, and not have to use url links or send the docs via email, also be better if we can a place for comapny items that are always used, e,g intro's outros, music icons and logos

Great customer service
The staff was very helpful when trying to get my issues resolved. They worked with me to correct mistake on their end with blogger outreach and offered to even give me credits to my next order. They were able to get the bad post removed within a day and redone I would definitely work with them again.

On our order form for Blogger Outreach we do have a 'hints' box above the anchor text field to say we may tweak or remove regional identifiers however I appreciate this may have been missed. In regards to the relevancy, I can see we missed the mark there and our Head of Production has reached out to rectify this for you. We sincerely hope that everyone has a good experience with us and I hope that we can put things right.
