Sent the Wrong Parts Multiple Times

Was delivered the wrong accessories and the wrong bolt kit for the set. It took a few days and many pictures needing to be sent and counts of parts for me to get them to admit it was wrong and send me the right parts.

The parts arrived 3 days later, and they are wrong again. I am still missing multiple parts from a large childrens set which I was planning to have built for my kids over a week ago to have it ready for the Easter holidays.
