Never received my money…

This is not the first time I’ve had issues with fatpirate, I won last year £2500 pounds and I didn’t receive all of my withdrawal as I was told I have to do it in separate withdrawals of £500 requests, let me add to receive my first one was two weeks later, the second and third never went through! This time I’ve withdrawn £50 pounds and I have been blocked from using live help chat ever since my big win last year… ridiculous that they take our money but won’t pay out! Any suggestions?

FOBBED and ROBBED!!

I have played on Fatpirate a few years and the games were brilliant had quite a lot wins with no trouble with
withdrawals.
But now I am totally disgusted and disappointed with this casino I don't why it's changed but it is terrible!
I have won £580 on the 18th December 2025 it was approved to go on my account but I am still waiting!
I have emailed the VIP support team so many times they me told it because of the holidays and build up to Christmas everything is delayed ??
Then they couldn't find it on my account after telling telling it had been sent and then I asked them for
the transaction number that took a week to find which turned out to be false when bank tried to trace it.
So I did try to get some sense from the team I have practically chatted to all of them I have been on that many times and they just like dummies saying the same thing like the relevant team are looking in to just try and be patient!
Then they asked me to send a statement to prove I haven't received it so I said you haven't given me prove that you have sent it it was false!!
Well I have lost hope now so as a warning to anyone who reads this STAY AWAY!!
Thats why they call them FATPIRATE cos they ARE!

***PLEASE DON’T USE THIS SITE***

***PLEASE DON’T USE THIS SITE***
***PLEASE DON’T USE THIS SITE***
I began to develop a gambling addiction around 1.5 years ago and used Gamstop in an attempt to stop.
Somehow FatPirate Casino managed to get hold of my information and sent a promotional email with an offer of a joining bonus.
Before I knew it I was spending big sums of money on the site and I can probably say that I have spent a minimum of 20k on the site.
I started using credit cards to chase wins when losing and got myself into financial trouble.
I sent various emails requesting to close my account but they were ignored and further text messages/ emails which I cannot unsubscribe from kept coming through to tempt me to use the site.
One evening I won 100k on a jackpot and as you can imagine I was so happy.
Up to this point I had made withdrawals up to £2000 to my account using my IBAN and my account had been fully verified.
As soon as I won the 100k they responded about me closing my account which I told them I did not want until I had withdrawn my winnings. Then they told me account needed to be re-verified which I sent all of the relevant information for.
Eventually they told me I had to send confirmation of my E-wallet ownership including my name/ date of birth and address on. I explained that it was not possible to provide such information as ApplePay do not keep record if this and continued to email to explain that all of the ApplePay transactions were on the statements I had already sent.
It went on for months and it genuinely made me ill as I felt completely robbed.
I have asked them now to close the account and never contact me again but no doubt they will continue to harass me as they prey on people like me with addiction to gambling…

Really disappointed with them as they used to be a good casino that actually paid out, now after a week of being fobbed off my withdrawal still hasn't reached me. Trust us and be patient is not a good enough response.

The public sentiment for Fat Pirate is…

The public sentiment for Fat Pirate is a study in contrasts. The site has cultivated a positive perception through attractive branding, a wide game selection, and appealing bonuses. However, a deeper examination reveals that this facade hides a high-risk operational profile. The most credible and actionable negative sentiments are rooted in real-world player experiences with financial disputes, not just generic "scam" accusations.

Cumulative evidence suggests a significant gap between the site's marketing image and its actual conduct. The identified risks can be categorised by severity and type to provide a professional, actionable summary for the user.

High Risk (Regulatory/Financial):

Unexplained account closures, unfulfilled withdrawals, and contradictory licensing claims. These issues threaten the user's funds and legal recourse. The documented history of non-cooperation with third-party complaints teams further exacerbates this risk.

Medium Risk (Operational/Reputational):

Unresponsive customer support, lengthy KYC processes, and misleading bonus offers. These issues indicate a poor and unreliable user experience, which can lead to frustration and a lack of trust, even if the user does not experience a complete loss of funds.

Low Risk (Policy-Based):

Low monthly cashout limits and the monthly inactivity fee. While frustrating, these are often disclosed in the terms and conditions and do not pose the same immediate threat of capital loss as the high-risk items. They are generally considered industry best practices to avoid, but do not necessarily indicate a scam.

Based on a thorough analysis of the available data, the negative sentiment surrounding Fatpirate is not merely incidental but appears to be a direct consequence of its questionable business practices and ambiguous regulatory status. The financial and operational risks identified are significant and should not be overlooked.

For a potential player, it is strongly recommended to exercise extreme caution when considering Fatpirate. The lack of a clear, verifiable, and reputable license combined with a documented history of unfulfilled withdrawals and unresponsive support poses a substantial risk to player funds. The disparity between promotional ratings and actual user complaints serves as a powerful warning sign that the site's marketing image does not align with its operational reality.

For a professional audience, basic research indicates that Fatpirate represents a high-risk entity. Any potential partnership or investment should be preceded by a formal, in-depth due diligence process that includes independent verification of its licensing status and an audit of its financial dispute resolution history. The current public sentiment suggests a significant reputational liability and a potential for legal and financial entanglements.
