In our v3.14 update on 12th Dec. 2023 (further improved in v3.14.1 update), we added an extra step for the recurring faucet claims. Now, in other to claim from the faucet in a specific day, you must first have completed any other task at least once in that day. The tasks can be any one of: completing offers/surveys, viewing ptc ads or solving shortlink. Once done, the faucet claims will be unlocked automatically.

The first problem is their trick of putting certain cryptocurrencies in a false maintenance that they leave like that for weeks without reconnecting them.

That's a kinda... good way to earn some crypto and wait until the market's price of the coin will grow. And then withdraw it of course, but I suppose there are way better ways to earn money and faster, of course. Yeah, bitcoin nowadays surges and surges updating maximums... but no, I believe it's better to get a full-fledged job than spending time clicking ads and earning coins.
If you are relaxing, or just have weekends, you can do it for a couple of hours but I believe the result isn't very satisfactory.

The minimum withdrawal is low for most coins, and you can reach the minimum withdrawal every two or three days. The only thing that annoys me is the ads: there are many ads ! We can understand your frustration (stemming from number of Confirmations required), however we are certain your withdrawal went through successfully as you've described. Once our system broadcast withdrawals, your transaction hash (TxID) will be generated and you can track it live on the blockchain and see how many confirmations it has.
Microwallets (eg. FaucetPay) usually have their own internally set number of confirmations before coins can show up in their platform or in some cases, have a minimum amount their addresses can receive. Hence, we implore our users to withdraw directly to your own private address/wallet (a wallet which you own it's private key or seedphrase).
