Using it for years with no real issue

I have been using them for long time now, mainly for faucet payouts. Honestly, it has been one of the best consistent crypto service I have ever used. I have tried other micro wallet in the past but fees usually too high or withdrawal were painfully slow!!! Here withdrawal are fast and reasonable fees which actually matters when you're dealing with small amounts

Extremely high withdrawals fees even…

Extremely high withdrawals fees even faucets themselves for those that support direct withdrawal to your wallet have never had such a high withdrawals fees in some case some even offer free withdrawal to your own wallets with the extreme tiny payouts you get from faucets that's merely a theft from them charging such fees they are still charging 5+$ on Eth and Bitcoins withdrawals even if fusaka upgrade has completed and the gas fee is now less than 4 cents not to mention that their website is structure extremely poorly not optimized to enhance your access to faucets or to find exactly what you are looking for now they are banning and closing accounts for no reasons locking your funds and stealing your money stick with only faucets that offers a direct withdrawal to your wallet and starve these scammers to death. At least Mexican target knew how to design a microwallet faucethub was 100 times better. Stay away from faucetpay never send your money there use only faucets that offer direct withdrawal to your wallet. Oh really, because other faucets have a hidden mechanism or a high payout threshold I don't think 1$ payout threshold I achieve in 1 survey within 30 minutes is high paying threshold. And I don't see the hidden mechanism many users complained then why saying that it is not true? That's just excuses it doesn't change the reality that other users face and know what I'm talking about you can't deny it is indeed true.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

We strongly disagree with the claims made in this review and would like to clarify several important points for transparency.

Withdrawal fees:
FaucetPay does not arbitrarily set fees. Fees are clearly displayed before a withdrawal is confirmed and depend on the selected network, asset, and withdrawal type. For Bitcoin and Ethereum, fees are influenced by network conditions, batching, security requirements, and operational costs — not just base gas fees. Users are always free to choose alternative networks or currencies with significantly lower fees, many of which cost only a few cents.

“Free withdrawals” comparison:
Many faucets advertising “free withdrawals” subsidize costs through hidden mechanisms such as higher claim limits, delayed payouts, or internal conversions. FaucetPay operates as a micro-wallet and payment processor, not a faucet itself, and provides instant aggregation, anti-fraud protection, and account security — services that carry real infrastructure costs.

Account bans & fund safety:
We categorically reject the accusation of “banning accounts for no reason” or “stealing funds.” Account restrictions occur only in cases of clear violations of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

multi-accounting

bot usage

fraudulent traffic

abuse of faucet or offerwall systems

In such cases, actions are taken to protect advertisers, faucet owners, and legitimate users. This is standard practice across all reputable platforms in this space.

Website structure & UX:
We acknowledge that our platform has evolved over many years and we are actively working on a major UI/UX overhaul to improve navigation, discovery, and overall usability. Constructive feedback on usability is always welcome.

Comparison to legacy platforms:
FaucetHub and similar services operated in a very different regulatory, technical, and risk environment. Today’s ecosystem requires significantly higher compliance, security, and fraud-prevention standards.

Finally, FaucetPay is entirely optional. Users are free to use direct-to-wallet faucets if that better suits their preferences. However, labeling a long-running platform with hundreds of thousands of users as a “scam” based on disagreement with fees or enforcement policies is both inaccurate and misleading.

We remain committed to transparency, fairness, and continuous improvement.

Excellent experience

My experience with faucetpay.io has been very good. The website is reliable and easy to use, and it offers several ways to earn, such as receiving rewards from faucet websites, referrals, and other useful features. What I liked most is that withdrawal and exchange fees are low compared to similar platforms, and transactions are processed smoothly. During my time using the site, I did not face any issues with withdrawals or my account. Overall, it is a good option for managing small crypto earnings efficiently.

They're terrible

They're terrible; they don't respond to support tickets. I sent them three tickets a month ago about activating the Marchent API and haven't received a reply. I even contacted them in their Telegram community, but they didn't respond at all, as if I didn't exist. I don't recommend them; their fees are high. How can I trust a wallet that has no support? They're failures.

Good gambling site.

Bugs out on adding my wallet on not being valid, but still is a great way to earn some cents or dollars in crypto!
Just be careful and hope your lucky.
Thanks FaucetPay for the extra cents! Really needed them.
