bad KITCHEN FAUCET BY DELTA /MASCO CORP

I am the not so proud owner of a new Pull Down Delta single-handle kitchen sink faucet. It is extraordinarily difficult to turn on and adjust the flow. It is so stiff that it is invariably way to much flow (wasting water) or too little to rinse dishes properly. The good feature of this is the magnetic locking device on the pull down nozzle, but unfortunately that desireable feature is hugely overwhelmed by the very unsatisfactory adjustment of the flow capability.
