The 5th Tahiti’s I have got from hear good price good quality takes long for delivery and have to chase up for tracking number

August 2025. Sent the incorrect shirt. I chased it, they tried to get me to ship the incorrect item back to them AT MY OWN EXPENSE. Then they said they would send the correct item in the parcel IF I MADE ANOTHER ORDER. Then they offered 20% REFUND! Absolute joke of a "company".

Same issue as everyone. Ordered a shirt as a gift. 3 months early.Never arrived. Was told it had been delivered and there was proof of postage but no sign of the shirt at my address. I then requested a change of product as the birthday had passed and was informed it has been dispatched. My account was charged twice. This started back in May. It's 31st December now and still ongoing. No shirt, no refunds. I'm now being told I can only get a replacement if I place a new order. I have also escalated this to my bank.

Cant give zero. No order 5mths in. First they couldn't send it. Offered alternative. Then didnt send it. Then out of stock. Then couldn't refund as problem with their account. Then couldn't because of my account. Then ignored me. No money and no top.

DO NOT USE!! Bunch of scammers!!
Just rob your money and try to make out its your fault!
They dont ecen have proper customer service they pass you around saying use email ot whatsapp but both take days and they dont actually answer you! Absoultly disgusting!!

Ordered a shirt at the beginning of September; not arrived by end of November. Took my money, no prodhct, will not answer emails. Complete scam.

Been waiting for my goods since 22nd September still not arrived save your time and more importantly your money and avoid this scam company at all cost.The saying is right by cheap buy twiceshocking company

Terrible customer service and Hidden fees. BEWARE

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered an item with specific name for my son. The wrong item arrived with no name as requested. It’s been 6 weeks and trying to get a refund. Have been told they would refund the extra word I requested on the shirt, but I refused and asked for refund. Since then have been told if I order another shirt they will send me the one I originally ordered, but they cannot explain how they will do this in the order. Avoid using at all costs.

I ordered a shirt and shorts in early September 2025. The shorts arrived, but not the shirt. After chasing them, they eventually told me the shirt was out of stock. I requested a refund. 2 months and many emails and whatsapp messages and excuses later, I still havent received a refund. These guys are charlatans.

Absolute waste of time. Wrong sized Man U shirt delivered ... LATE! After 16 emails and 3 text communications they're still unwilling to either deliver the correct sized shirt or provide a refund. As said an absolute waste of time. DO NOT USE this company!

They never sent the item and then told me they would refund the money and then back to offering me another item. They have no intention of refunding or sending any items. Their last correspondence to me October 2025 states: Due to excessive refunds and customer complaints, our account has been suspended and we are unable to process refunds. If you require a refund, please apply for a bank refund or PayPal. I have now started a case with my own bank. This sham company is just fraud...stay clear

I bought two football shirts from Fauna Sports and later received a scam call from someone pretending to be from my bank’s fraud department. The caller knew my number, email and even a family member’s number, which made me suspect the site had leaked or shared my information.

The order itself arrived late and communication from the company was terrible. I never got proper updates or support. After checking reviews, I realised many others have had the same experience. I would not trust this website with personal or payment details. It does not feel safe or legitimate. Avoid completely.

AVOID at all costs….. Robbed my 8 year old sons birthday money paying for 2 customised football kits- that A 2 of the T-shirts didn’t have sponsor logos on and they thought it was ok to send out them without, faulty stitching at the back of one of them and the shorts didn’t match and looked completely fake with different shadings and badge of adidas logo were printed on. Customer service shocking thinking it was acceptable to do this and send out whatever order they wanted in exchange for a few pounds off, when wanting to return they won’t give you their address to the point they stop replying to your emails!!

Do not buy from this company. They present as UK company but are based in China. They delivered my order more than two months late, and it was still missing one of the items. Only after multiple emails where I was told 'be patient', did I receive the missing nearly four months after I placed the order with no apology from the company. Dreadful.

A fake company that doesn’t deliver your order. I got given a tracking ID that doesn’t work & will be contacting the police.

Do not order from here. Their stock is not accurately represented on their website and they have failed to send me a refund when they can't deliver even after 3 months and repeated requests.
I ordered two jerseys on 18th July, expecting to receive them within 2 weeks. I chased up after 2 weeks, and was told it was being processed. 3 weeks after that I chased again, and on 26th August I finally received 1 jersey. On 1st September after 3 chasing emails, Fauna sports asked for photos to check which jersey had been sent. I was told on 4th September that the other jersey I had ordered was out of stock, and would I like an alternative. Over the next couple of weeks we had a lot of email back and forth in which they ignored my requests for a refund and tried to get me to accept an alternative jersey. On 17th September I sent a final formal request, since under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to a full refund within 14 days for any item that has not been supplied within the agreed timeframe or within 30 days if no timeframe was set. I chased again on 8th October and was told on 9th that my refund would be credited to my account within a week. It is now 22nd October and I still have not received a refund.

Ordered a kit for a birthday present in august, it’s now nearly November and it still hasn’t been delivered, they’ll take your money and not give you what you’ve paid for, absolute joke of a company with absolutely no communication

Avoid buying from this company. The products are manufactured and shipped from China, and the quality is extremely poor. They often send incorrect items, and instead of issuing a refund, they pressure you to choose alternative products.

I returned the items to the address provided by their customer service team and included proof of delivery from EVRI. Despite this, I still haven’t received a refund.

This company operates a misleading website, sells substandard products, offers virtually no customer support, and appears to be scamming customers out of their money. It should be investigated and shut down.

My second review ……. I ordered a junior Saints kit for my Grandson’s birthday. Only to be told when it did not arrive they did not have them in stock and would I prefer a Man U or Liverpool shirt instead !! I asked for a refund several times, eventually they agreed the refund, but several week on nothing has been paid. Nothing but a scam !!!
