Forgotten jacket
I forgot my jacket on a trip from Iceland to Denmark. After few emails and trough faundit I get it back! I am really thankful to Smyril line office for their quick help.

Only considerable for expensive, urgent items
We forgot a little something at a Danish hotel.
Charges for uninsured DHL transportation to Germany are 40€, which is only considerable for expensive, urgent items.
Othercooperation partners should be acquired in order to provide a more competitive price.

Hi Rick, thanks for the feedback. There are no parcel shops close to the hotel, so DHL Express (not regular DHL) is the only option that did not require the staff to drive to a parcel shop to deliver your package after work. This is the setup that the hotel has chosen to offer. I'm sorry if you felt that was unfair.

Life saver!!!
When you've planned a structured holiday and then midway you lose a luggage. As soon as I contacted the hotel they synced us up with faundit. A quick check whether our next hotel could accept it while we were in transit, simple payment and 2 days later we get it! Special mention to Jonas from the helpline who was so sincere and even got the hotel guys to deliver it to our room! Total lifesaver!! Thanks again!!
