Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. They sent the wrong item and refused a full refund!
I had a terrible experience with this company. They sent me the completely wrong colour item and in the incorrect size.
When I contacted them to fix their mistake, they offered me a replacement, but shockingly expected me to pay 80% of the cost plus postage all over again for an error they made!
Naturally, I declined this ridiculous offer. I told them I simply wanted a full refund and to return the incorrect shirt they sent me. Unbelievably, they refused to do this.
Avoid this company at all costs. Their customer service is non-existent, and they do not take responsibility for their own mistakes. Absolutely unacceptable.
