Super fast shipping! I ordered my item on Thursday and received it on Wednesday. They were also kind and friendly when I spoke to a gentleman on the phone to make inquiries on some products. Great underrated store.
I would honestly give half a star if I could. Really really bad customer service. I have now been waiting two months for my package to arrive. Sent them many many emails where they claim the package isn't lost. Told me I had to contact DHL, which I did. DHL however informed me that the sender (Favgrance) never actually sent any package!!!! They just filled out the forms but no package! And they are refusing to refund me my money back. I will never NEVER buy from this company ever again.
