What a big scam

What a big scam. Price at checkout showed $13. After it was delivered the price was adjusted to $20!!!! How the heck do you mess up your calculations that bad.

I ordered only a couple of items that…

I ordered only a couple of items that included with all the fees and tip was $40. With the holidays and everything I was on a budget and could absolutely not spend more than that. The lady who did the order told me they were out of the box of wine I had ordered and asked if I wanted it substituted with a different kind. I said okay yes. She ended up substituting with 3 boxes when I only ordered one. She also substituted all this other stuff. When she got to my door for drop off I told her I had not ordered that and to take it back. She refused. Then I contacted favor support which would not respond for about 45 minutes. I called and their number was out of service and told me to email. I did that and response was soo slow I’m talking like hours long. They refused to let me return it and told me to pay $85 and they would give me $20 back. Mind you they already charged my card the original $40. I refused to pay and asked to speak with multiple people from the support line. My issue was never resolved and they still try to charge my card $85. I had to shut off my card because it was ridiculous and I’m extremely upset. I will 100% NEVER EVER use that app again and DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I have been utilizing the app for…

I have been utilizing the app for numerous months no issues....I order the exact same thing daily comes out to 19 no more than 20 dollars tip included on today they did a 50 hold which they never did before then wanted to charge me 35 dollars for an item... single item I get daily under 20 bucks...scammy if you as me

HEB &Favor Delivery allow runners cancel orders and pocket your money & change you a return fee DON’T ORDER FROM HEB/Favor

Me: Why was my order returned?? No one came so that i could show my ID now my order is $20 for 2 items?????

Melvs w/ Favor:I'm so sorry that your H-E-B Beer & Wine order was returned. I see that the Runner marked this order as returned due to being unable to complete it because of a personal issue that came up. I’m sorry about that. Due to applicable laws and regulations, we're unable to use credit to offset the cost of items on orders containing age-restricted items. Let me know as soon as you've completed payment and I'll be able to process your full refund in the amount of $22.00.

Me: You all need to make the runner pay I paid my part this is horrible. They canceled not me. My money is gone off my card that is THEFT your runner is a thief and you’re complicit. I’m uploading this to your favor reviews for both HEB and Favor and adding your name in the review. You sound ridiculous. Why would i pay YOU $20 because YOUR runner canceled My Order but charged my card. Refund my money so i can order through Uber this is is shameful. Then to gaslight me as if I did something wanting me to pay $28 dollars for a $6 dollar order that I TIPPED the runner for too and allow them to skip away with my money. Dirty business practice. You know that makes NO SENSE

I ordered a handful of groceries

I ordered a handful of groceries. I waited two hours for it to never arrive and the driver was unresponsive.

Strangely watching the driver travel, they 'teleported' past my location to another city in the process before it was canceled.

Chat was barely able to understand but I think they gave a credit instead of a full refund.

The worst runner possible

The worst runner possible. I am disabled and cannot walk down 2 flights of steps and across the parking lot in the dark. This is why I order delivery. Not asking too much. The runner didnt know where I was located. Said his app couldn't find my home. Then he said he didnt feel like leaving his car since it's cold and told me to pick up my food. Never had that said to me. He got upset and was going to leave with my order but he managed to deliver it to me, but all this extra drama was unnecessary. Contacted Favor help. They were no help whatsoever. They said they would monitor his conduct going forward and to have a nice day. This is the real world, not 2nd grade! How dumb was that. Favor doesn't care. They just want their money. If they had offered a small credit or discount, that would have made a big difference. I spend over $300 a month with them and I shouldn't be cast aside by some clueless support person who thinks im bothering them. Never have this issue with door dash or Uber eats.

Grocery delivery: so busy on his cell speaker phone forgot two items no other grocery in town has

Past deliveries were 50-50 on this, not to mention how/when/where deliveries were made contrary to EZ-2-do directions

Ordered! Got NO food!

Ordered. They charged my card. Didn't get my food. They're help desk is a joke they did NOTHING to get me my order. Runner never responded to my text. Scam! Probably ate my steak and salad. Now I have to dispute with my credit card, if I don't starve to death first!

MAJOR customer support issues

MAJOR customer support issues. Favor has made changes to the app where you can now only contact a support person through chat. I recently had a problem where I was charged three times for a single item, reached out to support six times now through the chat and no response whatsoever. There is no recourse or alternate way to contact support to resolve issues. I’m deleting my Favor account immediately. Do not recommend this service at all.

Dishonest practices

I worked as a Delivery Partner for @FavorDelivery and joined their 3-day promotion (Nov 4–6) that guaranteed between $22 and $26 per “Shop & Delivery” order, it was in the San Antonio texas area.(northside)

I completed several orders under that promo, but later Favor said they didn’t qualify because they were “Shop & Pay” and not “shop and deliver”

That distinction was never clearly explained in the promotion or inside the Runner app. Also, the app doesn’t show what type of order you completed afterward, so there’s no way to verify anything.

I’m sharing this so other runners know before joining similar promotions. Transparency matters.

Favor Driver cancels order

I ordered from Cracker Barrel website (no reference to the delivery service used.) Paid w/ tip. Text link for order. Messages sent about the driver picking up the order etc. with time estimate for the delivery. About 50 minutes. Everything fine. Then the wait time began to increase . Then a message: Order cancelled. Tried to call with the Favor driver number given: The recorded message: This number is not set up to receive messages. Cracker Barrel stated they could not issue refund b/c it was with Favor. I was told the Favor driver cancelled the order????? Finally talked to someone in upper management at Cracker Barrel and order cancelled and second order put in. Same problem: Favor delivery: nothing for an hour. Wait time increased after an extended delay. Finally some help from the restaurant to resolve this issue with no help from Favor.(refund given by the restaurant) All this began at about 1 p.m. At around 5: call from Favor driver about my order and that he was at the restaurant to pick up the order (4 hours later!!!!) I would never order from anyone who uses Favor for delivery. The problem began when the Favor driver cancelled the order (no explanation) and no call to me. It's been very frustrating and time consuming. Never again!!!

Notorious for OVERCHARGING YOU!

Almost every time I order food from Favor they give me one price, and then when it's delivered the price changes, and sometime a LOT! I recently ordered $22 worth of food and when they delivered it the NEW charge was $38. To me that's a BIG difference. Then you have to contact customer service and waste time trying to explain this to them. They are usually not too bright. It happens sooooo often that I have just given up and I only use Favor in an emergency!

The $10 off $50 purchase benefit that you receive is specifically tied to H-E-B Now orders, which is Favor’s quick grocery ordering service with a 15-item limit. This means that the $10 off $50 coupon applies only when the you place an order through H-E-B Now in the Favor app, not through other H-E-B order types or curbside pickup directly from H-E-B stores. 👎☹️

THE WORST

If I could give it negative stars I would. I've had a missing item EVERY TIME I ORDER WITH FAVOR.
And you have to message support every time to get it taken off. And support is so busy it takes nearly 20 minutes to finish a conversation with them. That should tell you something. I'm all for our fellow Mexicans working, especially honorably. But unfortunately the language barrier many of them have with even reading the order is not OK. They should at least be able to see the number of items ordered and do the math that they are missing something.
The customer service sucks too. Overall very disappointed with the app and the service. Wish y'all could do better. As a native Texan i want to support you. As a consumer who has a busy schedule and appreciates delivery food on busy work days, I can't.
Do better favor.

I had a very frustrating experience…

I had a very frustrating experience using Favor with Applebee’s. The first time I ordered, it took over 40 minutes before they finally told me they couldn’t assign a runner and I should just keep waiting. I ended up canceling the order.

Today, I tried again, and although a runner picked up the order, when he got to the restaurant they told him Applebee’s doesn’t even work with Favor. If that’s the case, why is the restaurant listed in the app, allowing me to place an order, get charged, and then waste time waiting for food I can’t receive?

This is very disappointing and misleading. Restaurants that don’t actually partner with Favor shouldn’t be shown as available—it wastes customers’ time and money.

They platform needs to be taken off A.S.A.P because they were my worst experience in a delivery Driver position I wish they just leave. I for got to say that I really wasted hard time with favor thinking they can help the only thing they accomplished in my situation is to keep me in my homeless state homeless and had the nerves to delete my account on some bull about weed smoke in a customer bag the customer said 6months of nothing but still living in my vehicle oh yeah CHILDISH is a understatement for this app or whatever it is if I could have gotten with doordash or any other platform I would have I regret even trying them you have to waste a lot of gas just to pull $50 and that's all day even on yeah hours so to note to whoever is still with the DON'T VOICE YOUR CONCERNS OR NOTHING BECAUSE THEY WILL AND I MEAN WILL STOP SENDING YOU ANY ORDERS OF ANY KIND EVEN IF YOU ARE A ELITE AND STAYED AN ELITE RUNNER EVER MONTH BUT ONE SO NO PERKS AT ALL

Not a good first experience

I signed up for Favor Gold, which promised my HEB delivery within 45 minutes and free delivery charge for my first order. My order was delivered 90 minutes later. Although Favor Gold, a $9.99 offers free delivery and other perks, there's a service fee and tip and, in my opinion, not worth it. I'm cancelling my membership.
