1 hour and 45 min for Delivery, the food was nasty by the time we opened the bag. I opened the app the next day to leave feedback only find out they added over a $15 tip on top of the $12 I already paid in fee’s. I couldn’t believe my eyes, so I contacted support and they told me too bad, I can only adjust tip within like an hour or something ridiculous. Anyways I disputed the whole charge.
Overcharged. No refund.
Twice I’ve had problems with favor delivery. The last time I was overcharged. I submitted a refund request on the delivery app but never got a response. I’m through with them. They’re expensive and don’t deliver on service at all.
Inconsistent delivery experience, avoid.
I can’t say I would recommend this delivery service. It is not consistent and expensive for what often is a disappointing experience. My latest order from McDonald’s arrived ice cold — looking at the receipt comparing the time McDonald’s listed and when I received it, it was over 45 minutes (but the store is maybe 15 minutes away)? No wonder it was cold. I also have had large orders that I was charged $50 for go completely missing and never arrive. There’s no way to get a refund or to report the runner or anything. Use at your own risk, it’s a crap shoot on if you get a responsible runner or not.
Favor is a HUGE disappointment
favor has zero customer service, absolutely no accountability and charges a fortune. i recently ordered lunch for 4 people and the delivery person left it in the hallway, did not knock on the door or notify anyone. when i opened the bags the order was completely wrong, as in they delivered someone else's food. i reached out to the support through the app and was told they would provide a partial refund!?! but i would still have to pay all fees associated with the order and the tip. i said "interesting business model...you are running off a customer who has been ordering through favor for years" and was told "it's our policy". i deleted the app...i will not approve payment on the last order and most importantly, i WILL NEVER USE this service again.
This app is the worse
This app is the worse! I wanted to try it out because I thought it would be cheaper and affordable than Doordash. I was wrong and this app is a big lie. My order started out $39.83 then it got updated to $44.26. I was not given the option to set a tip so I thought that once they deliver I will get an option to tip but no. They decided to add on their fee of $7.19 and a $10 dollar tip for the driver which I did not authorize. My order came up to $69.94. This will be my first and last time ordering through favor.
FAVOR DELIVERY ARE LIARS DO NOT USE
I have to rate them 1 star, if I could, it would be -10. I love to write good reviews. However there are Instances when a negative review is warranted. I am in business for myself and reviews can make or break you. I try to give the company the benefit of the doubt in most situations realizing we are all human and sometimes mistakes happen. so long as it's an honest mistake and a diligent effort is made to fix said mistake I'm cool with it. But when you are lied to by the drivers and then customer service too, well that deserves a very bad review. Long of the short, Favor charged me for an order I never received. Favor Delivery lied several times about delivering the order. Their customer service lied to me and said they are committed to helping me. No help, they said their is nothing they could do to help me. Favor Delivery is a HORRIBLE service, it's an embarrassment that they claim to be a Texas company.

This is the most frustrating completely deceptive process I've ever ,or can remember dealing with in a very very long time. It is so blatantly and issue that should be corrected by favor due to the fact I approved the order that stated my credits were applied (I did not apply them ..spark did) and got a total less the tip. driver got to store and text me about some items that were out. He also called me. I had him add another item that was on my initial order ..now qty of 2 instead of 1. I was trying to keep the total in same range as initial order price wise. Well there was no receipt or tip shown until after the order was delivered and driver was gone. How convenient when you are going to screw the consumer royalty with final total . My order was zero dollars according to favor when I approved order. I had 21 dollars in credits and my order was almond st 21.00 .total was zero. I asked driver how do I change the items in apps or did he remove the out of stock items and add the substituted items or added items . I asked if my credit was going to be applied or carried over to this new shopping list or what? He said I don't think they even know the order changed, I said well if you are purchasing items shouldn't you be able to do that in app as well to reflect the changes and my credit was already out on my order . He said he wasn't sure. I closed door and had noticed my leg diet coke was a clear liquid. I thought it must be sprite. Didn't sweat it . But I get to my phone and see not one but two receipts in a picture captured by driver .none is 16 some change other is 11 some change. Mind you my order on favor ,the listed items is still the same as original order. ??? My total has changed from zero dollars to 27 some change and a 6.50 tip, where was my damn credit and why was I charged way more for items on the driver receipt than the price on favor app for the items I got?? I finally got someone on chat support because there is no way to speak anyone at favor and the driver number is not working now and the ability to message driver is now deactivated. But it says in app to contact driver if there is issue with my order or fee. YOU CANT ! AND YOU CANT SEE WHAT THEY CHARGE YOU UNTIL THE DELIVERY IS COMPLETED!!! BRILLIANT WAY TO AVOID AND HIDE AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN LIW DOWN FAVOR!!! KUDOS!! AFter 3 hrs of calls to every number every heb corporate number and Cust service option and chat support ...I was not able to reach a person about favor or anyone at HEB that handle any thing whatsoever for favor. I went so far as to call the training center in Houstoñ and the tech hub in Austin and still had no luck. I was told by employee of HEB that they have no contact for favor at all. How do you own a company and they are the provider of said companies deliveries and they own the delivery service??????? It's absurd. I got the most ridiculous absolute refusal to correct my charges and was told they could not apply credits to my order because it had a age restricted items . Lol IT HAD THE SAME ITEMS WHEN YOUR APP APPLIED THE CREDITS BEFORE I APPROVED ORDER TO PROCEED!!!! Beware
Beware. I happened to check my bank account a couple days after ordering through favor. They decided to add over $10 to the price of the food I ordered (not talking about fees, taxes, etc, the price if the meal itself vs what the price showed on their menu when I ordered) and added a $6.50 tip which I did not authorize because I tipped in cash.

The worst delivery service ever…
The worst delivery service ever existed. I was charged 12% service fee by the restaurant, 12% service fee by favor and the deliver person tipped themselves 20% in addtion to the cash tip. 35$ order came out to be 55$. Will never use this service again.

They need to quit it with that fake generic response of "we would love the opportunity to discuss this further with you". That discussion literally went like this " looks like someone from Trust & Safety reached out to you". I'm really not all that surprised their rating is so awful.
Trust and safety did respond to me. They told me that my current account is deactivated and any account I try to make in the future will be as well which would ban me for life from ever using their service. Wish they were very vague about the details for which my account is banned but strongly implied that it was due to their fraud detection tools that they clearly don't know how to operate. I was not committing fraud I was trying to place my first order. If favours trust and safety would have taken the time to investigate their allegations about me they would clearly see that they got it wrong.

I would give them zero stars if possible. They make it very difficult to reach customer service when you haven't yet made your first order. Then to find out my account is permanently banned for no reason. I assume it has to do with their $20 promo but I'm not a scammer and their system is messed up because I've never used it once. Maybe I'm crazy but it seems like a dumb business strategy to offer a promo and rely on software that is incorrectly banning potential long term customers for life.

Tried to sign up and my account was immediately suspended for seemingly no reason
Downloaded app, signed up, started an order, tried to enter my payment details and then get an error saying my account is suspended and I need to contact support. Cannot figure out any way to do that. Their help page is just a few FAQs and hours of operation (which includes the current day/time).

After swearing I’d never order from…
After swearing I’d never order from Favor, I decided that I’d see if they’ve improved. They haven’t. After order two large pizzas and a desert, one hour and forty minutes lapsed, and every time I looked thereafter it kept pushing out another15 minutes. I finally called the restaurant. Favor never placed my order because they didn’t have any runners available. I’m angry that they didn’t bother notifying me so I could cancel and get something from another service. I AM THROUGH WITH THEM FOR GOOD SND HABE DELETED THE APP.

Never again. It took over an hour and a half to get my dinner and was cold when received. App is a joke for checking status. They added fees to my total after I ordered and added a larger tip than I would have left for the service I received. Only reason I used them was a $20 discount I received at HEB but it wasn't worth it. Never, ever again.

Very poor, no, No Customer Service and reatsurant list is not current.
1. I went to my account and ordered b ar b que for delivery from the favordelivery site.
2. A 'runner' was assigned and the count down tracking clock started.
3. With 15 minutes left until scheduled delivery a new 'runner' was assigned and the clock reset to 35 minutes.
4. I texted Dexter, my new 'runner' to learn where he was and he replied on his way to the restaurant.
5. At the 10 minute mark Dexter texted me back and said he could not find the restaurant. The restaurant has changes names and menus and the items I ordered were not available at this replacement one.
6. I went to the favor delivery website looking for help. The only number that they display for help was called and I received a message that the number only takes text messages.
7. I tried to send a text to the number (5 times) and the text would not go through. There is no way to contact anyone at favor delivery for customer service.
I suspect this business will not be around long unless they model their customer service like instacart, grubhub, amazon, ubereats and the others. This group is a disgrace to the on-line services industry.

2nd attempt to get whataburger…
2nd attempt to get whataburger delivery. This order cost me close to $20. For a #1. Hamburger fries drink. Order placed at 9:33pm. It's 12:12am. Still waiting on food. Receipt shows name and phone # of driver. However, voice-mail indicates different name and sounds as if maybe it's a younger person. Still waiting.... no way to contact Favor delivery this late. Still waiting.... hungry. Been craving whataburger all day. 2nd, failed, debugger attempt. Around $38 between 2 defined orders placed. I'm hurt, desire, and hungry. Waiting. Hungry.

I ordered a 25$ plate and used this app for some reason. Then once my credit card went thru they charged me 53$!!!! I could have went down the road to McDonald's and got a 5$ meal!!! I wouldn't recommend this app!!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN
