Favorya Experience
Ordered quite expensive luxury bathroom shelves on 20/10/24, emailed Favorya on 27/10/24 to ask when to expect delivery and told they were on the way. Finally delivered on 12/11/24.
On opening, one of the shelves was badly damaged, I contacted Favorya immediately by email on how I return the item for a refund but they did not reply, although they did to my first email about delivery ! I have since emailed again twice with no answer, and phoned the number they give in the UK but they don’t pick up the call.
Very disappointed and angry, out of pocket ! Please think twice before buying from this company.
