I cancelled my membership the morning of the day of my renewal. By their own records, I was 45 minutes too late, and there is no possible way they can issue a refund. They keep referencing policy and saying they've discussed it internally. Truly one of the worst customer service interactions I've had.

There are many communication and delivery issues. The amount is deducted from your payment even though the document isn't sent, including resending attempts. Suddenly, I went from having 100 pages remaining to having zero because a document wasn't being sent correctly.

I needed to send a fax and we live in the country, so it was easier and probably a little cheaper to engage this service. I have no need to send faxes regularly, so I canceled the service.

Terrible service. I added credit and attempted to send a fax 3 times. None of them were sent successfully so I tried a different, free service that worked perfectly. When I contacted this “company” for a refund they said that because I used some of the credits (4%) that I was not able to get a refund for ANY of the money. Not the remaining balance, or a portion. Just… none of it. Poor form.

they upgraded me automatically to 1 year service, charged my credit card and would not refund it after telling them it was done by mistake. I signed up for a month of service and they went ahead and charged 235$ upfront for the year instead.

I am a doctor and some Assisted living facilities (ALF) are not taking verbal orders anymore, they want something in writing, no issue during working hours, but after hours and weekends a problem, that is where I use fax plus , write order , take picture , and "fax " it to ALF

I am writing this to highlight a deeply disappointing and dishonest business practice by Fax.Plus (Alohi). While the platform is fairly organized and reliable for sending and receiving faxes and good with retaining records, their billing and customer retention strategies are predatory.

After an accidental charge occurred, I reached out to resolve the error. Support’s response was a rigid refusal, claiming it is "their policy" to never issue refunds regardless of whether a charge was accidental or not. This "revenue at all costs" mentality for an older technology like fax is a poor way to treat customers, as it doesn't look to what the future may hold with newer technologies.

I attempted to meet them at a fair middle ground, but their response was simply radio silence. (Ticket #258454).

It is a shame to see a functional product ruined by a management team that would rather pocket five dollars through a billing error than act with integrity to retain a user. If you value a company that communicates, look elsewhere.

Nothing in the world is perfect but this service comes close enough. Being able to fax hassle free from anywhere and any device is amazing. I am grateful.

I bought one month subscription but i surprised that in next month they made automatic payment from my credit card without my permission or my knowledge even though in the sign up process they didnt mention that there is auto renew and when i contact there support they don't want to refund my money. Total SCAM company NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

I needed a short-term fax service solution, and that provided a dedicated fax number, for correspondence with a government agency. Fax.Plus was simple, cost-effective, and very user-friendly. Highly recommend!

A legit biz and it works smoothly, atleast it did for me!!

I paid for subscription, and the next minute system has logged me out and when I tried to login it is saying "Your account has been blocked due to suspicious activity.
Please contact our team to resolve the issue."

Update: Fax.Plus returned to me saying that it was blocked because I filed a payment dispute, HaHa! but I filed payment a dispute after they blocked my account, because the blocked me.
So they even can't see and explain the reason why they blocked me and trying to mess consequences with reason to explain their behavior.

Fax.Plus offers really simple and cost effect faxing solution for both individuals and businesses. I've used the service off and on for many years, always satisfied with the product as well as any customer support needed. Most recently, I needed both an incoming and outgoing fax solution for communication with a government agency. This correspondence by fax was required and the subscription with Fax.Plus provided everything I needed at a very reasonable price.

I had an emergency situation where I needed to send a fax from home immediately, no time to run to Staples to do so. I found this platform and was set up with a number instantly and was able to complete my transmission successfully within minutes! It was a lifesaver!

Platform is easy to use and replaces a hardline fax. Able to track confirmations, annotate each sent fax, etc. Customer service is prompt and helpful.

Alex, the representative got back to me quickly and consistently. With their help I was able to find out that it was our error. But it efficiently solves a problem for a charge I did not recognize.

Service works as stated.

Easy to use, faxes sent and have been received. I used to send PAD form to my bank, I just sent the PDF file.

I was comfortable using for confidential data based on the reviews and mentions from well-known sources.

So grateful for the professional, prompt and helpful customer service from Fax.Plus to help solve my problem. And it was MY problem: When I set up my account I left the "c" off of my email address (.om instead of .com) which became my login...and when I forgot my password that caused all kinds of problems, since there is no ".om" domain to which to send a password recovery! The team was great and I appreciate that they kept up to date on my progression of messages. Thank you!
