I build, trade, buy, sell AR-15's. I used Faxon for a large build and bought lots of parts. I went to return a $63.00 part and no refund or respond to my email and phone number on the website-- says not working. They have the returned part but no refund.

Stay away from this company!

I placed an order for a barrel everything was good but when it arrived it didnt fit how i wanted it so tried to email them about it i did not get a reply until a few days later as i found out they are a smaller company however they went above and beyond to make it right and definitely gained a new customer

Good parts good service.

Paint on my almost 200$ Glock barrel immediately started chipping off haven’t even discharged the gun yet also the thread protector came with burrs in the thread useless and nobody will get back to me on these issues. Overall, I would never use Faxon firearms again. Or point anyone in their direction.

Horrible company to buy from. Purchased an FX5500 and when I finally got around to trying it out, it will not fire. Only clicks and no boom. Tried 4 different ammunition, cleaning and various other things but no help. Not sure if firing pin or whole bcg is bad but I can't even get any support from Faxon! The don't answer the phones, they don't return voicemails, they don't reply to multiple tickets I made through Freshdesk, they don't reply to website "contact us form", nor will they reply to emails! Yes I have contacted them 5 ways over 2 1/2 weeks and all I get is "crickets". I would not buy anything from this company as they sell junk products and they have no support whatsoever! This is just another crappy company that wants to only sell you their garbage and then wash their hands of you in regards to support. I'm extremely angry I purchased this AR-15 from them. I highly advise you do not purchase from Faxon as they are NOT a good company!
