Excellent customer service
Although the item I ordered was regrettably out of stock, the customer service was excellent, having first given me a gift voucher for the cost of the item, I emailed to advise there wasn't anything else I wanted at this time. Correspondence with Fayden was second to none, prompt replies to my emails, and within 24 hours a full refund was given, and was in my bank within 72 hours. Thank you for your wonderful service.
