Great quality!!!
I received my order after only two days.

Still waiting for my order - appalling service apparently dispatched and being delivered by Royal Mail - tracking number doesn’t exist. Company has taken my money by false pretences and not delivered goods.
Do not use this company

I had to give one star to write report -otherwise it would 0. Dreadful service ordered a gift for a friend & she has not received it & they are not communicating with me. Beware you order, pay & not receive goods & no customer support!!!

Ordered three rings over a month ago. Apparently the parcel is delayed in Germany and has been returned to Fayes due to an issue with my address. I order quite a bit online and this has never happened to me. I’ve emailed Fayes customer support about 4 or 5 times now and gotten no reply. I’ve also tried their Facebook and no reply there either. Very very disappointed and won’t be using them again. Not to mention the money I spent still hasn’t been returned to me.

Bad service. I returned something almost two months ago and i am still waiting for my whole refund. I emailed them three/four times and i hardly get any response.

Good quality product (I got a gold ring) But £15 next day delivery for the fine print to then read actually this doesn’t include weekends and if you order after 12am it’s not next day? When highlighting this to customer service they were very blunt and rude. Item itself is good but customer service needs improving and delivery is a rip off

Quick delivery and the jewellery came beautifully packaged! Absolutely love the ring I ordered, very good quality!

the cristals look could have better quality, looks very fake unfortunately so I will return.

Very pleased with my purchase, however I could t give you a full five star rating due to the large box in which a small ring box and gift bag was delivered, a complete waste of packaging!
This may have been an oversight, but something you may wish to reconsider.

I was pleasantly surprised, tbh I wasn’t expecting much from the price as they are cheap jewellery but when they arrived the items were much better in real life and had a nice elegance to them good quality and build at good price , I would recommend

Excellent experience with Faye. They responded promptly to my Instagram message enquiring about the sizing and the ring I bought is better than I had anticipated! Delivery took one week but given the circumstances, this is not an issue. Not sure of how the ring will wear over time but overall I am very pleased with the service and product!

Excellent jewellery especially for the money.

Bought a bracelet in the colour coffee as a gift to my mum and she thought it was gorgeous. Will definitely be purchasing from Faye again.

Great product. Very happy with the quality. Took 1 week to deliver to UK from Germany, which isn’t bad considering the pandemic. Will definitely be purchasing from here again
