Still waiting for my order do not use

Still waiting for my order - appalling service apparently dispatched and being delivered by Royal Mail - tracking number doesn’t exist. Company has taken my money by false pretences and not delivered goods.

Still waiting for order to arrive!!!

I had to give one star to write report -otherwise it would 0. Dreadful service ordered a gift for a friend & she has not received it & they are not communicating with me. Beware you order, pay & not receive goods & no customer support!!!

Extremely disappointed

Ordered three rings over a month ago. Apparently the parcel is delayed in Germany and has been returned to Fayes due to an issue with my address. I order quite a bit online and this has never happened to me. I’ve emailed Fayes customer support about 4 or 5 times now and gotten no reply. I’ve also tried their Facebook and no reply there either. Very very disappointed and won’t be using them again. Not to mention the money I spent still hasn’t been returned to me.

Bad service, no refund

Bad service. I returned something almost two months ago and i am still waiting for my whole refund. I emailed them three/four times and i hardly get any response.

Bad customer service

Good quality product (I got a gold ring) But £15 next day delivery for the fine print to then read actually this doesn’t include weekends and if you order after 12am it’s not next day? When highlighting this to customer service they were very blunt and rude. Item itself is good but customer service needs improving and delivery is a rip off

Excessive Packaging

Very pleased with my purchase, however I could t give you a full five star rating due to the large box in which a small ring box and gift bag was delivered, a complete waste of packaging!
This may have been an oversight, but something you may wish to reconsider.

Delivery took one week but given the circumstances, this is not an issue. Not sure of how the ring will wear over time but overall I am very pleased with the service and product!

Happy Customer
