I have been trying to contact them for days, their phones lines are inactive ( have you listening to hold music for 10 minutes until you’re fed up and hang up) and they don’t reply to emails. i am trying to set up a repayment plan but cannot get through to them and they keep adding a fee, harassing me with emails and texts, have called me but seem to be completely inaccessible.

Poorly run company. Say one thing but then they "mean something" else. Constantly harass you with calls but never respond to emails because they are scared of putting anything in writing so you cant take action against them. Avoid at all costs.
