I had a great and excellent service from Alejandro, he was very suppotting person and has a gread service.

ALERT !! Avoid! Definitely a scam! Don't believe them OR THE ADVERTISING OF PRICES. IT IS GHOST PRICES!! FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE

What this company seems to do is they rope you in with too good to be true fares. The fare they quoted me was half the typical price. Then once you think you reserved a flight They drag it out for hours and then come back and tell yoy taht it was a speciel price that its sold out but for a lot more money the can upgrade you. they pretend they are working whit you to find a better solution but it is a big scame!. I thought I booked a flight for 1200 dollars ish, but in sted they send confirmation on 3000 dollars, I told them NO THANKS! "canceled my reservation" (of course I never had a real reservation to begin with) EVEN THEY SEND ME BOOKING NUMBER. They tell me that ill loose the 1200 dollars if I cancelled, because im on a waitlist. Total bull!
PLEASE Don't waste your time!

These guys are sincere. If you want to save money and ready to wait until last moment to utilize the deep discounted fare you may try with them.

I thought I booked a flight on a Monday and they kept sending me emails throughout the week letting me know they were "working on things"; finally on Saturday over five days later They "canceled my reservation" (of course I never had a real reservation to begin with). The good news is they didn't charge my credit card but they strung me along for over five days during which time I could've been actually booking a real ticket. When I asked to go ahead and cancel after a few days with no actual ticket, they told me I couldn't cancel that there would be a cancellation fee and that I was on a waitlist. Total bull!

Katherine helped me a lot. Even though the tickets were not confirmed yet, she helped me nullify the cost.

Jessica Davis, the travel agent was very patient, nice and helpful and did everything she could to get me the best ticket, suited to my requirements.

I should have read the reviews! Amber was so loud and kept talking over me. She was totally scamming me, and she didn't like it when I accused her of it, but a scammer is a scammer. Stay away from these people I will be calling the BBB also and will also call Delta to see if they know what these people are trying to do to honest folks!!

He worked really hard to get me ready for my flight. I appreciate his hard work.

Austin provided exceptional care and compassion about my situation. He was amazing and deserves a rise he went above and beyond to help me during my grieving period of a family member who's funeral i wasn't able to attend due to the ticket mishap. And fees going sky high. Austin is an asset for your company. Make him a manager his compassion and understanding is above any rating i could give...

SCAM ALERT...RUN RUN RUN.....Please do yourself a favor and read the reviews. All of them. Scammers. They will give you a great airfare $$ on Kayak search engine or others possibly and call you a couple of hours after the booking is paid for to remind you that you can now "UPGRADE". The upgrade allows you to bring a carry-on as the price originally quoted does not include a carry-on nor can you even pay for any checked luggage
Our original co$t was $622 p/ ticket. They charged us an additional $598 PER PERSON to upgrade to "possibly sit next to each other", bring 1 carry-on each and pay for any checked baggage.
Just like normal economy flight charges.
Turned out they pocketed over $350 they charged above and beyond American Airlines.
STAY AWAY also VERY hard to understand on the phone (all three that I spoke with) but supposedly his name was Eddie Clark...LO...NOT !!!

Don’t buy anything from them. Unless you have no baggage, they will have a massive up charge in fee that is about 2x more than you find on a normal site for any kind of baggage, carry and check in. There special “promotional fee” only applies if you have no luggage of any kind.

I just booked ticket at 3 am. and the said they will generate e-ticket in about 4 hours. But after 6 hours didn't received e-ticket.
Also their number 1-866-357-4532 nobody is picking up for 20 minutes and disconnecting.

Daniel Wilson was awesome in assisting us with our flight requests. He was very concerned and positive that Frontier could handle our requests. I wish we could deal with more people like him. Now the bad news they changed our flight to an earlier flight and we are not sitting together. Very disappointed they did this without any options for us. We set this up 4 months in advance. Very poor

April's Knowledge and professional manner - so helpful and Friendly

This company is a scam. You purchase the ticket online they call and tell you even though you paid for economy the ticket is less than economy. You can’t pick a seat and you can’t get your ticket online. You have to show up 4 hours early.
I told them I don’t want the ticket it’s not what they are advertising. Amber says you can’t cancel, I tell her it says on the paperwork once the ticket is issued and the ticket has not been issued so I can cancel. Do not buy from this company.

April and Patrick were very helpful. I just wish the website was more clear about what a restrictive ticket means.
