Brought a jacket and trousers from this company, they didn't mention that there would be additional costs when the package entered the UK, cost me a extra £102 and I don't know what I am getting yet, what looked like a bargain has now turned out to be more expensive then what it would have been from the UK, it would have been quicker as well.
I have no idea what has been sent because the invoice isn't in English and as I have ordered 2 items I assume that there will be more import tax and duties.
Despite my efforts, I am not able to get answers as they will not reply, I will never buy from them ever again and do not recommend them

Now they will not acknowledge any contact with them regarding my complaint. Which is no surprise!!
The annoying thing about it, I could have got my Sena 60's in the UK cheaper once the import tax was added !!

After a part of my helmet unscrewed itself and was lost, I contacted Daniel Kaiser about wether a replacement part was obtainable as the helmet was still under warranty, with the usual short delays in communication and a bit of too and throwing, and like other customers when I thought things had gone quiet, an email pops up saying replacement parts have been shipped which arrived a couple of days later, (along with a couple of freebie's ) thank you to Daniel and the team, and thanks to scorpion helmets for there prompt help with the situation also.

Dont believe the claim. 3 different products (700€ order), its been a week since i made the order with no updates whatsoever.
Ive asked them about when my order will be delivered and the answer was, maybe 8th or 9th of october.
I asked them to tell me for a date and that the site said the goods should be delivered in 24h as their own site states, well, they stopped answering.
Ive written them today again to get a moneyback in case the order is not being sent, guess what? Yeah, no answer.
Stay away, at least i paid through Paypal...
Update 10/10 13:12. Contacted by mail at 7:38 am after they saw the review. They told me they are waiting for 1 of the 3 products I ordered for my package to be delivered.
Thats the first time ive been told that after 8 days. Told them at 10:26 to send me the order without the missing product and ive asked for a refund in that product. At this time (13:15pm), no updates.
Update 11/10: When asked for a refund on the missing object, i received a mail from them telling me the item was suddenly in stock and that they were sending the complete order (that was yesterday at 14:00). Of course, as I expected , nothing was sent yesterday and my bad experience is now even worse.

FCMoto have been in contact with me /have apologised for confusion and are giving me a full refund (hopefully including my return label costs) immediately upon return of battery)**** This is much better management. I hope to do business with them again in the future..
*Saw online a particular size battery for my 86 honda shadow. it said available for shipping 2/3 days. so i purchased it. after 4 days I hadn't received anything about delivery so I emailed fc moto. After a day or 2 I received an email saying battery wasn't in stock and would take another week or more to get in. I said I unfortunately couldn't wait that long so please cancel and refund. Heard nothing back untill next day I received tracking number FROM DHL saying battery on way. After they said it wasn't in stock,..and I had purchased elsewhere by now. so now ill be left with a battery to send back at my own expense. I dont need a battery sitting around for 4 to 5 years!! so overall it was a frustrating experience. Communication from fc moto is very very dissapointing. its like any problem they dont want to know. not great management.

I have paid for a return label 2 weeks ago and still not received it and cant return my goods for a refund. Ive emailed most days and also sent 3 messages from web page without a single reply. Customer service is lacking. Im over £500 out of pocket including import tax i need to reclaim.

Ordered nexx helmet on 5th September, which shows deliverable in 2-3 days, but aftr 5 days no movement on order then called them a rude lady said you have to wait we can not help then to wait.
Then on 11th September received email stating delay from factory and it will be available to ship on 15 September, then from that day onward receiving daily emails not on sunday pushing abailable date frm2-3 days from 5th September to 23rs as of email yesterday. Worst part is they send you email at their closing time of working day. When try to call them they say wait and operator is short of english.

Ordered a helmet at 20th of August 2025. Payed by credit card. Never received the helmet. Nobody in fc-moto answer my questions. They simply ignore my emails. The order remains "pending" at their site, no clue about what's going on. For now, no helmet, no money, no replies, no contact, no excuses, no nothing.... I'm starting to think this site is a scam. And I live in Portugal, not at the other side of the earth. A site to avoid.

Ordered helmet & intercom. Over a week the order has been status "In Process". 2 requests sent asking for an update & received zero response other than an autoemail saying they are busy. Have now cancelled the order because I paid extra for delivery & this will not arrive in time for my biking holiday.
Extremely dissapointing because you took my payment fast enough. Avoid at all costs.

Customer service is nonexistent. They mislabeled my item as having been made in China but it is made in Europe. I was charged 60% in unnecessary tariffs because of fc moto's error. I've emailed them 8 times and messaged them 3 and called to no answer 12 times. ZERO responses. They can save me $400 by just taking one minute to fix their mistake but nope. NEVER do business with these folks if you are in the United States. NEVER, no matter how good the prices. They will not provide any support.
(EDITING TO ADD: their response is an absolute LIE. they never emailed me until a week after i posted this review. they finally sent me the correct invoice on 8/21. i will however, still never do business with these folks ever again, and i will not hesitate to let anyone know in real life or online my terrible experience with them.)

Minimum order value of £140 so I can't purchase a £139:99 jacket. Postage costs are not inclusive within the £140 Minimum fee. Given a welcome 10% of voucher,but again website will not accept it for items that have a 10% sale reduction. Would not recommend
Ordered some Merlin moto boots from these jokers. I paid in US dollars (US flag showing) with a shipping address in California and selected size 9, but then they came they were a UK size 9 (US 10). When I contacted customer service they said “you should expect it to be European size.” Well, the Euro size is 43, and I certainly didn’t select that. Why would a German shop default to a UK size when a customer orders from the US? They wouldn’t authorize a return. Absolutely absurd. Don’t order from this crappy German company.
I purchased a pair of Dainese boots but had to return them as they didn't fit. Sent them back to Germany but they have been sat at DHL for 2 weeks because FC Moto need to acknowledge its a return. I have emailed 3 times and when calling the number i am disconnected. It has cost me £20 to return them which looks like they are going to be returned to me by DHL if FC Moto don't contact DHL in the next 24 hours. I have had to resort to writing this review as another way of contacting DC Moto for a response.

I've just received notification that my items are going to be subject to tax c.30%. I will not be accepting them, as there was no indication of this on the invoice I received and while I appreciate there is a note stating "you may be liable for taxes & duties in the destination country" which I have now noticed, you are aware where you are shipping to and going by previous responses to other similar ratings, you could make it clear how much is likely to be incurred. Stating "you may" is ambiguous.

Awful, i live in the uk i ordered two jackets and paid £344,97 and nowhere did it say they were coming from abroad and there will be import duty of £129 pounds. i never accepted the jackets when the courier demanded money and FC moto said they would return my money when they received the jackets back, i never received my money back, they have my £344,97 thieving dishonest and greedy. FC MOTO. WILL YOU RETURN MY MONEY ?????????

Absolutely garbage company. Completely useless.
Their website doesn't work when ordering. I can't even get past the payment option, as there is NO PAYMENT OPTION even offered to me when I try to order. I sent an email to FC Moto and explained to them that my billing address and shipping address are different and asked if maybe that would be an issue. Rather than answer my question, they just said to try another browser. So I'm assuming having a billing address different to the shipping address is not the issue.
I tried using Chrome AND Firefox and the same issue happens... the site doesn't even provide a payment option. Instead it gives TWO useless messages:
- "Skrill payment methods have been deactivated. The payment method Skrill is not available if you specify a separate delivery address."
and the other message says:
- "Due to the change to your basket, the payment method you selected is no longer supported. A different payment method was selected."
The system never gave me a payment method option, IN THE FIRST PLACE.
I contacted them several times and got only ONE response: try another browser. I did, only to have the same issue.
Useless website and useless customer service.
I ended up purchasing from another competitor that carried the same products.

Do not order from FC Moto for the UK. Hidden is the delivery charge of in excess of 40% of the purchase price. Courier turns up at door demanding large amounts to deliver. FC Moto use UPS which have to be one of the worst delivery companies. Purchased once and would never use again. Beware!!
