Badges printed on the balls last 5 minutes. Was told there was an issue with the printer but since then no further contact to address the problem , Facebook page closed , customer service is non existent and Racheal ignores all emails, check out others reviews, nothing but a scammer, takes the orders and peoples money and doesn’t deliver the goods, doesn’t deal with enquiries and complaints. Avoid this company

Almost 2 months and nothing. Zero stars

Update: they’re now disputing the claim I have opened via my bank, even though I have not received any of the items.

Almost 2 months and nothing.
I’ve been waiting for Royal Mail to receive it since February 22nd according to the tracking number.

No responses to emails, Facebook page is not available.

Shame as the product is amazing

Placed an order early December and have received no replies to my emails/messages just wondering can I get a time frame. This is my second time ordering and the first time even though there was a delay I was extremely impressed with Rachel’s customer service and the quality of the product.

Unfortunately I fear personal/private issues is likely what’s caused FCL to be more or less non existent in terms of communication and orders arriving. I feel a little for Rachel as I know she takes on a lot and does her best to please everyone whilst having to deal with private issues.

I paid via Revolut and requested a refund and to be fair to Revolut I received a refund within days. It’s a major shame as I’ve let Down my little football team I manage by promising them customised footballs that won’t be coming now.

I probably should be giving a lower rating but I’ll add in a very good experience first time out and keep it at 3 stars. Just this most recent order is very disappointing in how it’s been dealt with.

Absolutely crook of a business FCL…

Absolutely crook of a business FCL Sport Merchandise has take my money and failed to deliver my order.

Despite repeated attempts to contact the owner, Rachel Farrow, across multiple platforms, I have been completely ignored.

No response.
No explanation.
No product.

When I commented on the company’s Facebook page asking for my order to be addressed, I discovered I wasn’t the only one another customer has had the exact same thing happen.

Not long after, my comment was deleted and the Facebook page was conveniently put on hold for a month.

That alone says everything.

I’m realistic enough to know I probably won’t see my money again, but people deserve to be warned.

Taking payments, not fulfilling orders, and then silencing customers is unacceptable.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Poor experience

Poor experience. Huge delays and then even longer to get issues resolved. Somehow Rachel thinks it’s fine to just ignore customers!

Do not order from Rachel Harvey Sports Merchandise.
I placed a £700 order for boys & coaches coats, gloves and hats. They where Christmas gifts that I was told would arrive in 4 weeks took nearly
12 weeks and still the order was not completed with things missing & no response from the seller

Full of Lies

Ordered in October, I tried to communicate but being ignored and eventually gave up. Its hard running a grass roots team, Fundraising for the Kids, Buying them a gift only for it to be completely wrong and no real interest in fixing it, then false promises of it being sorted tomorrow, this week, NEVER. I can only say go somewhere else, you are very likely to be disappointed.

1 star is the lowest rating I could…

1 star is the lowest rating I could give. Unprofessional, unreliable, ignores customers who have paid, mistakes made on merchandise can't get these rectified as still don't have complete orders. Will advertise for more business all while ignoring customers that are still waiting for paid items for months. I love supporting small businesses, however please avoid this one.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 2 months since I ordered 11 bottles. Still not had them. Had promises I’ve being delivered, even personally being brought to me. Nothing. No accurate way of tracking the order (which by the way still says I would get mine within 1-2 weeks). Several excuses yet they continue to post photos of items being dispatched. Do not use this company.

Unfit for use

Orderd a present for my son back in October luckily only made the deposit messaged several times to be ignored emailed several times was told she will look into it ( bs) now turned comments off on her posts on Facebook also so No1 can even put out their what she's really doing to people avoid at all costs

Ordered 10/09/2024 and still not…

Ordered 10/09/2024 and still not received the footballs I ordered.

One turned up and the logo was peeling before we even inflated. Logo was the wrong colour and football was the wrong colour. She agreed to replace and send the other one in a size up as it has taken so long the team it was for have moved up a size.

Still nothing. EVRI have apparently lost 2 consecutive parcels and she will send a replacement ASAP. She has my money so she doesn't care. Probably what she used towards her week in the sun.

Total scam!

Awful service & now being ignored.
Placed an order for our football team - IN JUNE - and we were missing items. No forthcoming update or apology - only after I chased (after they missed our end of season deadline!) did they say they was no stock. So received a further part of the order weeks later (again multiple chasing on my part with lack of apologies or updates on theirs!) - it’s now October & im still missing items from my order. The last time they responded was 21st sept (after multiple no responses) and they said it was going in the post the next day. Guess what - still waiting! And again no responses to my direct messages, emails & they’re stopped me commenting on any posts they share now - probably so I can’t tell others how awful they are! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered footballs from this company…

I ordered footballs from this company the delivery time was 1-2 delivery but I'm now 4 weeks on with no football. I've emailed Rachel multiple times I've not had a response. I've now asked for a refund and Rachel still hasn't responded. Unfortunately it looks like I've had my money has been stolen.

Ordered 3rd sept still not delivered

Ordered 3rd sept still not delivered. Been given tracking on Wednesday for delivery but still not been collected from fcl. Terrible communication - after several messages fcl responded explaining how busy they are as they have another job and this is an evening job. Very rude!

11 weeks of nothing ..

I ordered at the start of July... Pretty straight forward, nothing large or too stressful. Afew tees, shorts, bag etc. had the usual 3-4 weeks grace when people are busy etc. 11 weeks later I've chased a refund, over a 2week period I was promised my items over and over, will go out tomorrow, will send via DpD and so on, nothing. Even got showed a picture of my items actually embroidered, and was promised extra items as an apology, I've had nothing at all. I've now had a refund, I'm 11 weeks down the line with no items, no actual apology and blanked emails and Instagram messages 🤦🏻‍♂️ waste of my time and back to square one having to order somewhere else.

Unfortunately I have to leave a poor review. My order was shipped and only half of it arrived. At this point Rachel was great and redid and sent the missing part of the order. It was obvious that Evri had lost part of the order. The replacement bottles were sent with a different carrier and arrived. Unfortunately I received one child’s bottle twice and my own child’s bottle was missing. When I first chased this Rachel said she would send it. When I checked where it was 2 weeks later I was told it was sent. 5 weeks on, no bottle, Rachel isn’t answering the phone to me, responding to emails or WhatsApp’s. I just want my child’s team bottle. If she wanted the duplicate one back, I just needed to be told and would happily send it back in exchange for the correct one. It’s such a shame as now other children in our dance school have requested the bottles but I will have to find a different supplier.

Never received item

Order placed 17th of May with a 2-3 week process/dispatch period.

At the time of writing this (22nd of July) I have still not received my order.

Communication is terrible and any posts added on Facebook regarding undelivered orders are deleted.

Google search FCL Sports Merchandise reviews and you will see Facebook threads of people discussing missing orders.

I have now started a claim back via my bank and will be reporting them to trading standards.

I run a grassroots football team and it's embarrassing when a sponsor kindly pays for equipment that never arrives.

Shameful.

Do not order

As the other reviews. Been waiting since October for my order. Promise of Xmas delivery. Still not been posted. Poor communication. Only responds to say item will be posted that day. Sends tracking email when item has not even been sent. When chased up admits order not even finished yet sent a email with a tracking link 1 week prior???? Not sure how this is possible??? Asked twice for refund with absolutely no response. Absolutely shocking customer service. Would never order again.

Fed up 😡

I have still not received my item which was ordered on the 24th August, i have had some correspondence with Rachel through email with excuses or false promises or i have been ignored especially when I asked for a refund. Rachel as spoken to mutual people we know about my order saying she is going to send it with them or delivering it to there home ? Which i don't understand as i paid delivery. I have seen Rachel's work which is really good when you get it i would not recommend or use this company ever again.
