I cannot recommend FCT. I wish I had not used them. They have taken their commission and recommended a supplier who turned out to have hidden fees. I hoped an energy broker would help me avoid the tricks of the trade. But, this was not the case at all. I have not enjoyed my customer experience at all.

We have made some great savings with FCT over the last year! We were dubious at first, but took this risk and jumped in, and we are so glad we did. Mark has kept us fully informed through the process and is clearly highly skilled at what he does - the results speak for themselved.

We signed up with Future Corporate Technologies last year and the process was very straight forward. All we had to do is send over a bill for each store and the rest was done for us. Since signing up to a flex contract we have saved a few thousand pound for my 9 stores. I was a little dubious opting for a flex contract due to uncertainty and volatility in the electricity market but Mark reassured me and eased all my worries by explaining how flex works and showing me how they purchase electricity in advance to ensure the best price is paid. I already know that I will make further savings in 2026/2027 as the electricity has been bought at even cheaper prices than I am paying now and prices are locked in. I would have no hesitation recommending FCT. As a franchisee I want good service and good prices and I get both with Mark and the Team.

I just wanted to say a “huge thank you” to Mark for helping me sort out an issue I had with BES Energy which went through as a complaint to the Ombudsman Service. Mark facilitated the complaint which involved various emails and letters. My company then agreed a new energy contract for 12 months with a reputable supplier. Mark helped and advised to change the top line of my electric meter from a single rate to a day and night rate tariff. I have now managed to reduce my energy bill by over 50% and my company can provide certification that I am now using 100% Green Energy. The Electric Meter was switched over to the new supplier promptly with no issues.



Mark and Callum put a lot of time and effort into helping me cancel my original contract that I was mis-sold and agreed a new 100% Green Energy Contract at extremely low unit rates. I even checked with suppliers directly to see if I could do any better and it was clear I received the best deal from FCT Energy. Mark went above and beyond to help and only charged a small consultancy fee for his time.
I highly recommend Mark and Callum if any business or organisation is looking to switch or renew their supply. They know their stuff !

Mark managed to save me £220 a month as I was stuck in out of contract rates with Scottish power who just kept putting it up and up. Mark managed to lock me in for a year with British gas. My electric bills has gone from £280 to £40 a month.

We are an exclusive restaurant and bar based in Gosforth, Newcastle Upon Tyne that needed a fast and efficient service in installing a new gas meter to our new business premises. Mark and his team were able to get a new gas meter installed and new gas supply contract agreed and live within 1 week of our initial; discussion. As we are hospitality, we thought we may have issues with getting things sorted as energy suppliers are very fussy now due to uncertain times we are all facing! The energy supplier that was recommended didn’t ask for any upfront security guarantees and the rates were very low indeed . The savings made on the new gas contract against what we had been quoted were excellent. Thank you for the support.
