My trainers Muhammad Abbas and Hoorain Khan were available to guide me through any issues I had with the activities. They were always polite and understanding. The online video tutorials and booklets meant that I could work mostly independently and flexibly around my family life. Some of the videos/booklets may need to be updated to coincide with each other to avoid confusion. Overall I have enjoyed the experience and look forward to the next stage.
