If I could vote less than 1 star i would worked for these jokers for 2 weeks through amazon after my training i went straight into ride alongs then into my own routes and in 14 days i had 1 day off on day 15 they announce they wont be renewing contracts with amazon its now been 22 days since I returned the van I rented from them which i picked up 20 miles from my house but they made me drive 250 miles to drop back off, so 37 days in total from when i started and I am still to receive the money that is owed to me amazon state they paid FDTL yet FDTL still haven't paid me no one to contact no phone line DA support email hasn't responded after 3 weeks when it states it takes 3-5 days for a response not a single driver has been paid this isn't just the new starters this is old workers as well, they didn't get paid their weekly wage and now we've all been told it could take up to 31 days through a copy paste automated email and were currently on day 22 and still nothing

Awful company they try to charge you for everything . Delays with the payments , not a very friendly customer support .

Paid for next day delivery, what a joke! 2 days later still at so called sortation centre with no customer services what so ever except an unatended email. Don't use this company!!!

This company deserves -0 star!
My order was supposed to come on the 2nd june but was unable to because ‘the customer was unavailable’!
I was home all day but no delivery has come to my address or has knocked on the door or anything but it says the order was failed because customer was unavailable.. I had waited 3 days and they said the SAME THING…
I had enough so I messaged again saying I will call the police if this happens again!(was actually going to do it) and i think the company/driver saw the message and got sacred or something and they actually delivered the parcel the next day after I said I will call the police… If this happens to anyone for more than once PLS CALL THE POLICE AND REPORT THIS COMPANY!!!

They have delivered the wrong parcel.
It can be seen clearly on the box that the label had been put on the wrong parcel by the delivery company....
I cannot contact them at all; their website doesn't have any contact details.

I was in all day waiting for a delivery. No deliveries were attempted, but FDL sent an email saying otherwise.

The delivery driver rang me to say he couldn’t find my address and because he’s so busy he probably won’t deliver my parcel?! But it’s my fault because I didn’t answer the phone and couldn’t give him directions. He may try later if he has time? Terrible

Good morning
I have a meal plan from Diets2Go and there are 2 deliveries a week, Sunday and Wednesday, and mostly I am not home when the deliveries are made. I've been delivered with the food no problem for 1.5 months and only 2 times the delivery guy decided to return the food, althought it was stated clearly in the instructions to leave it in the safe place, mentioned in detail, and also contact detail information was provided on the package. On the last one, Sunday evening, the delivery guy, Alex by his name delivered the food, on my request, the 2nd attempt, completely ignoring the instructions and notes on the parcel for the 1st time as it was him who tried that as well, so the food has been running arround in his car and depot for 2 days. When I asked him if he read the instructions he said he didn't have time, but there was also information on the package and his excuse for that was his English is not good - he's Romanian just like me so we communicated in our native tongue. This is outrageous, I paid for food and now I'm left without as the food is already affected, yesterday was hot, and the guy was acting like he didn't do anything wrong. I find it unacceptable that they are hiring people that can't understand, read and talk English, if what he's saying is indeed true.
Terrible customer service, to be avoided!

For last 2 days Fast Despatch Logistics claim to have tried to deliver a parcel but could not as no one was in. I was definitely in both days / times. After the first attempt I even left a “redelivery instruction” that it was okay to leave the parcel in my front porch. They failed to do this! It is clear from this experience and the other reviews below that this logistic company does not attempt to deliver and lies about trying.

I had a parcel that was attempted to be delivered on 18/03/23 however they did not leave the parcel. I had completed a re-delivery request on their website for the package to be left in a safe place which I received a confirmation email. Today I looked at the tracking and nothing updated as to when it would be delivered. Checked emails to find they had claimed to attempt delivery but no one was in and instead of following the instructions that they allow on their website they took the parcel with them. Because of this issue not receiving the item that is a Mother’s Day gift, I will not use secret sales website again as would not want to use this delivery company. Just very disappointing service.

Would give minus if I could. Driver wouldn't leave with neighbours as they wanted to give it us "personally". Absolutely disgraceful as I'd left a note on the door stating so and adjusted the delivery note to give to neighbours. Absolute bogus delivery Company.

Total waste of time. A delivery was scheduled for today. I have just recieved a email saying that I wasn't in. I have been here all day waiting so the stupid driver has more than likely tried to deliver it somewhere else. I ordered the products from keto keto which is a shame because now I won't order anything else from them knowing that they use a substandard delivery service. Judging from the other reviews on here, fdl drivers don't seem to know where they are going. I mean I live in a block of 113 flats, we are a bit hard to miss.

Worked as driver for long time with this company, getting hard route and damaged my van for that, many parcels and also many positions. I think I got like 4000£ in 6-7 months and even paid money to repair van etc.. such bad company, if you wanna work for free just join them 👻

Package was due for delivery Friday, someone home all day but claim that no one available. Rescheduled delivery today. Package left with driver at 07:19. 07:48 was updated that no delivery due to customer unavailable. If we were the 1st one to have a delivery on the route, I don’t know of any delivery company within 30 minutes. Clearly no attempt to deliver. This company needs to get a grip of this and get things delivered! Or maybe leave a calling card as indicated on their website. Don’t lie and say that delivery was attempted when it clearly wasnt

DPD Yodel and others regularly have drivers who can’t find our property. For the second time I have ordered items to be delivered by FDL. The first arrived within 24 hours and the last one took less than 48 hours from Yorkshire to Oxfordshire. OUTSTANDING SERVICE BY A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. Great IT keeping me updated.

ive only given this one so i can leave a review otherwise it would be zero. absolutely disgraceful service. i have a shop open 7am until 6pm and a designated neighbour who is always in. on many times FDL have supposedly tried to deliver my parcels. even today infact . and all times including today said they had attempted delivery but were unsuccessful. its all a load of old twaddle and absolutely rubbish. i have stopped using Rydale because they use FDL as a delivery service. do not use this company or order from people who use them, its a disgrace and they totally dishonest

Horrendous service, constantly saying they've attempted to deliver, but not attempt made, no knock of the door, no ringing the doorbell, no call.... lazy corrupt delivery drivers who make the experience awful
