After 1 wash logo already peeling after paying £300 for tracksuit

I placed an order on 12/4 for two items. I received one of those items on 12/19 and then another item I did not even order so am missing the true item I ordered. I contacted them on 12/19, 12/23, and again on 1/2/26 and STILL have not heard back. They will not respond to emails and there is not a phone number to call. This is terrible customer service for a brand that charges what they do. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company over the item never received that I paid for.

Spent a lot of money on a Christmas gift for my daughter, only to find out I cannot exchange or return in as it was 2 days after the 15 days. To not have a Christmas return policy is absolutely ridiculous - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered a sweatshirt as a Christmas present in November. It is now after Christmas and the order had never shipped. I reached out to the company a couple of time and did not hear back for weeks. When I finally did hear back, they stated they were canceling my order citing a fraud alert which makes no sense since the order had already gone through. It was a very expensive sweatshirt that I was excited to give as a gift. This is very disappointing and I for sure will not order from this company again.

The order was placed three weeks ago and still hasn’t been shipped. The customer service is not responding to emails. It’s basically impossible to either receive the items I’ve paid for or issue a refund, since there’s no way to communicate with them.

TERRIBLE FULFILLMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Spent like $500 on these fear of god shoes in late November, with a promise that the item would ship within 10 days.

Let the record show - my purchase was completed NOVEMBER 29TH, it is now DECEMBER 18th. I will not receive this item by Christmas as promised on the website.

Jerry. I’ve always liked you. Get your game together. This is killing the brand. You can’t run a luxury business without luxury customer service. I’ve been a regular customer for years, where I’ve bought your products via SSENSE with 0 issues. Now that they are ceasing to exist, it’s your company’s responsibility to ensure the same level of customer care is met with your order fulfillment services.

This is souring my view of FOG and I will sincerely consider looking to other brands in the future.

Extremely disappointed, A that the item hasn’t shipped, B that there’s been no urgency or effort to reply to my inquiry, and C because there’s no phone line to call for help.

I’m disputing my payment because I have no other choice, I can’t apply for a refund and I can’t get in touch with w anyone.

I bought a hoodie for my son full price. Received it and it doesn't fit my son - too wide and too short. I initiated a return the day I received it and was told it can't be returned. What a joke to be unable to return an expensive hoodie!

Buyer beware of the brand!

Ordered 2 shirts and got a notification that it’s been shipped. Estimated delivery date was October 28th. I didn’t receive any notification that there was an issue with shipment. I emailed fearofgod email and requested status of shipment. It’s been 5 days and no response. Don’t buy from online. Pathetic customer service.

Awesome baggy trousers. Lovely black nylon with a waist tie. I got them on offer; half price.

This is solely in regards to mainline products after the 6th collection. Have had issues with the Fear Of God rubber tags (think they said at one time it was leather but that was disproven) on the back coming undone, rips in clothes with minimal wear and overall bad quality control. Still like a lot of clothes but there are a lot of issues. Customer service is notoriously bad but I've had a few good experiences. Most recently I received a price match on a final sale item during the Eternal V2 sale after there was a price drop within an hour of me buying the product. Also cancelled a final sale order after I realized I bought the wrong size. However, responses can take several days and not always helpful. I've asked about a specific product, like if a jacket has any weather resistance or if a pair of pants has extra fabric for the hem to be let out, and unless you can prove you bought directly from the Fear of God website, they say to ask the seller. This is true even if bought from an authorized reseller. Very unhelpful customer service who either don’t know anything about the products and/or don’t want to take responsibility. No idea why a reseller would know more a product than the manufacturer. Like a lot high fashion companies, prices go up but quality goes down. An overall mixed bag but mainly negative.

WORST customer service.
Ordered a month ago. Was given a tracking number that does not exist. Shipping company doesn't have it. Emailed and tried chatting on their site. No answer. No reply. No phone number anywhere. This site is a scam and is the worst worst worst clothing brand ever.

Goods damaged easily. I wouldn’t recommend it. Customer care didn’t help at all.

Be very careful buying anything from this company. If you want to exchange or return, they will make it impossible. They charged a $90 handling fee, and another $50 shipping fee. So my return was basically nothing. They won’t even swap

I purchased an Essentials T-shirt and followed the exact care instructions provided—washed inside out at 20°C and air dried. After just one wash, the shirt shrunk by about 4cm in length, making it noticeably shorter and unwearable.

I reached out to Fear of God directly, expecting some support or at least an explanation about whether this level of shrinkage is considered normal. Instead, I received a careless, dismissive response telling me to speak with the retailer I purchased it from.

It’s disappointing that a brand like Fear of God refuses to take any responsibility for the quality or durability of its own product and chooses to push the issue onto retailers instead of standing behind what they sell. I wasn’t asking for much—just accountability and an honest answer.

It’s not just about the T-shirt, it’s about the principle. If Fear of God can’t even engage with a basic quality concern, it makes me think twice about ever buying again.

Don’t waste your money, Shit clothing letters fall off and they don’t refund and they said they’d give 30% back but then said they couldn’t find the payment details even after sending all the email receipts and payments.

Sizing was terrible and the item did not say it wasn't able to be returned until after I bought it.

This is a straight scam . There's no customer service. They said they shipped my sweater the no updates when asked to ship again said to make a mail claim . What kind of customer service is this 🤔 160$ sweater & u cant make things right temu would never .don't buy

Worst shopping experience, promotion code appears to be working until you actually try to check out. What a waste of time. And their stuff is not all made in Italy like it did in the past.
