Well defined recipe and minimal plastic packaging which was a positive. Food fresh and spices and sauces made the food very tasty. BUT disappointed that the peanuts were missing from the ingredients. Not a tragedy but annoying having to go out late and buy some.
Excellent choice of meals. Very high quality. Easy to follow recipes. The best meal box we have tried!
This doesn’t work at all well and something is fundamentally wrong with this business. Expensive British Airways box was late and missing ingredients, but an apology was received. Of the two boxes since, one was missing ingredients and the other the recipe card was missing. Cancelled and moving on. Expensive and poor.

I’ve signed up to this with British Airways First class meal, which was sent to the wrong depot in Peterborough for delivery in London and arrived a day late, therefore defeating the purpose of ordering a meal for a special occasion. This week’s box arrived on time, however, when I decided to make the dish I realised no recipe cards were included and the recipes aren’t published on their website. By the time they send the recipes the fish will probably go off. Will never be ordering from this Mickey Mouse company again. Mindful Chef and Hello Fresh are thousand times better and cheaper!

Very disappointed. I spent £200 on a meal for 4 people, but got less than half the food I ordered. My complaint has been ignored by Feastbox - I guess they got their money.

I was a little disappointed that ingredients were missing for 2 meals and felt that the noodle dish was quite bland and expensive versus the packs you can buy in the supermarkets which have more flavour. I will try again but not for me every week.
I ordered a British Airways ‘first class’ meal and it was missing the main dish and they offerer me £1 compensation, absolute joke!

It was a good experience when I received a Feast Box with all ingredients with 3 different dishes me and my family had enjoyed the dishes which I had selected with perfect measurements of all ingredients which was sent for 2 peoples.
Missing items every week, no recipe card, and took 3 days for them to respond to me with recipe cards for me to print at home, by which time the meat had gone off and all the veg was wilting.
Thoroughly disappointing experience and zero customer service.

I thoroughly enjoyed cooking the recipes provided by Feast Box - the meals were delicious and very fun to make! I loved the fact that each meal comes with a recipe card, so if you want to make them again, you can. I would absolutely recommend this, especially for couples!
Lovely meals I usually have.Never figured out yet how to get my reward points.Don’t usually get now as I find without the funnel discount I had in place and being able to get my reward points the scales are tipped towards another company.But there is nothing wrong other the meals,on the spicy side usually but normally delicious if you find the affordable
The food was fun, exciting, and delicious. I loved cooking with ingredients I would never usually use. There is a big world of flavour out there!

Learn about Feast Box via BA Dining Experience. Disappointingly, was emailed at 16:16 on the day of delivery saying the order for two boxes would not be fulfilled. Promised it would be sent following week with a little something to apologise (bottle of fizz for each box). The boxes turned up and BA Dining Experience was excellent but the additional something to apologise wasn't there. My email to customer service has gone unanswered for a week.
Unlike others, I had spotted you would be signed up to a recurring subscription and I was happy to try the free box but expected to cancel after that. Before the free box even arrived I had been charged for the following week. Called customer service and did speak to a helpful lady who said she would sort out a refund and cancel the subscription as well as look into the item of apology. Waiting to see what happens there.
On going to try out the free box meals this evening (Friday night), I find that the instructions for preparing the meals haven't been included in the box. It doesn't seem they are available online either. Tried calling back customer service who are now out the office until Monday morning so looks like I'll have to just cook it as best I can otherwise it will go to waste which kind of defeats the main purpose of the meal box.
Pretty disappointing experience with multiple failures in the customer journey which is disappointing as the product itself (BA Dining Experience) was, in my view, impressive and a good way to introduce me to a service I hadn't come across. I don't like the forced sign up to a subscription when the BA Dining Box is at a high price point - if it were lower priced then I can see more of an argument that something needs to subside the lower price but, at £100 a box, I don't expect to be tied into subscriptions.
Needless to say, it will take some convincing for me to try Feast Box out again while they have so many problems. Seems like the quality assurance of the boxes going out for delivery simply isn't there and the absence of customer service from Friday 1800 until Monday morning is unsatisfactory.

Exceptional customer care experience, seriously exceeded my expectations and went with all guns to make my experience a life changing event! I never thought i would buy this type of cook at home food, but my attitude towards it has been transformed, not only because it was actually a fun process from order to eat, but the quality, qauntity and variety of the food in the BA box was exceptional. The deal regardless as to what other reviews state was in fact amazing, fantastic bubbles with a future discount, BA discount voucher which will save me twice as much as the cost of the deal ( i hope) and another free meal to choose from in the future.
Its a shame other companies dont take the same approach to customer care and loyalty!

This was a success for me. I ordered three very different recipes, a Thai salad, russian dumplings and Korean noodles. They were not short recipes to cook
but the instructions are full if a little wordy. Ingredients included which are not available is an ordinary supermarket so something new for me to cook.
Looking forward to my next exotic foray.
BA First box - £100.
Box and (some of) the contents arrived damaged, the rings for the salmon were absent.
Sparkling wine missing from the order.
Have now read several (similar) complaints on FlyerTalk.
Be aware that Feast Box will also sign you up for an ongoing service. This is only mentioned toward the bottom of the BA menu page and there is no reason to scroll down this far when you make your selection and proceed to checkout.
No mention at checkout of an ongoing subscription.
An unscrupulous business practice.
Customer service rude.
There are many other similar services that are far more worthy of your custom.

Feast box is different from other boxes - authentic global meals with fab unusual flavours perfect got the adventurous
Unfortunately, I can't try the food as yet as the wrong recipe cards were in the box! I'm a fairly intuitive cook but can't quite work out what to do with some of the ingredients. I've emailed and have tried to call, but got nowhere. Their website suggests leaving a name/address via their chat facility, but there is no way of contacting them as the 'green' icon they refer to is missing from their website! As the food needs to be eaten by the 18th, I'm having to freeze what I can but - after reviewing some of the other comments here - I don't think I'll order again unless they get back to me quickly.
UPDATE: I have to say that Feast Box resolved the issue within a few days, and sent me links to the recipes. They were really tasty meals, and the portions were generous!
